Review: Uncut and Uncensored - This volume is uncensored. There was a big controversy surrounding this 3-in-1 series with the release of the first volume. It was censored, despite advertisements explicitly stating the opposite. This meant that language, middle fingers, and nudity were cut from the printing--all of which contribute heavily to Dragon Ball's early identity as a funny gag comic (rather than the epic fighting saga it would become). Dragon Ball is still great when those things are censored, but the back cover of these 3-in-1s literally says "uncut and uncensored." I'm not that bothered by the censorship. I was just looking for the cheapest way to read Dragon Ball. I don't know if Shonen Jump ever fixed Vol 1 of this print. But this volume, Vol 3, is definitely uncut and uncensored, as advertised.

This volume is uncensored. There was a big controversy surrounding this 3-in-1 series with the release of the first volume. It was censored, despite advertisements explicitly stating the opposite. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great series at a good price

Good price for 3 volumes. 2 of these books a month is still cheaper than smoking and I'd say I enjoy Dragon Ball more than Winstons. Anyway, it's nice to read a story about the Monkey King taking on his adversaries with brute strength instead of all the fake news headlines about how Bush didn't do 9/11. People don't realize that the real Kinto'un got mixed in with all the government's chemtrails that are turning the turtles gay. Remember kids, manga is cheaper than cigarettes, and don't trust the government's lies.
