Gorgeous tea pot. Fits perfect on my tea warmer. Easy to clean. I heat it up on our electric stove without any problem. I did not read instruction paper if this even comes with it but as per my experience with glass pots you don't want to heat them up too high to avoid breakage. I start with low and slowly increase up to medium low which is the number 4 dial on stove. Heat it up properly and it will last! Tea taste great with this pot and keeps all loose leaves and tiny pieces in the infuser. Smaller than what I'm looking for, but perfect for a small crowd. At 3/4 capacity it can fill at least five 6oz teacups.

This is a replacement for the same teapot I have for 12 years at least. I do not put it in the dishwasher or on the stove. I think common sense dictates here.. Easy to clean, I just fill it up with hot water and a couple of teaspoons of dishwasher powdered soap right up to the end of the spout, let it sit for 10 minutes or so and rinse it out. These teapots are allot hardier than you think but I dropped mine in the sink and broke the handle which was sheer stupidity on my part. I am in the process of buying another one for 6 cups and keep the smaller one for green tea only. I just love the clear glass feature and it looks pretty on the counter and I use it every day.
