Seems to be just about the right thickness to be able to manipulate around frames etc if a little heat is used. I wanted to protect my new ON ONE HELLO DAVE mountain bike frame as it looked fantastic and wanted to at least try and keep it that way. I bought the 30cm x 100cm roll which came with a felt tipped applicator. There was'nt quite enough for me to completely cover the large frame i have,i would suggest go for the 200cm length to make sure you have enough. I spent time making paper templates to cover as much of the tubular frame as possible and then transfer each piece onto the backing paper of the film.The film cuts easily with scissors or a sharp scapel or craft knife. I did'nt use the wet method and got very good results indeed. I'm now hoping the film is durable (only time will tell) and will do the job it's intended for.
