The original filter is notoriously difficult to remove and without proper tools often results in damage to the camera or filter. This tool is a grip to gently and evenly hold the filter, making it easy to remove with a gentle squeeze and an anti-clockwise twist. Simply hold the camera with one hand, place the tool over the filter, squeeze the two ends together and twist slowly anti-clockwise.
