Wow! Such a well made toy!
All I can say is wow! I received this item today and I am so impressed. This was supposed to be an extra elf to go with the more well known ‘elf on the shelf’ and I now wish I had bought this one first as it is far superior to the other one. It’s bigger to start with an much, much sturdier. It has proper jointed limbs and it just feels really well made. I can’t wait for my kids to see this elf in the morning. I know they’re going to fight over it though so I’m definitely going to order another. Honestly buy this. You will not be disappointed. I have nothing negative to say. Really happy.

An Elf is for ever not just Christmas
My Grand-daughter has taken this elf everywhere since last Christmas.She sees her as a magical toy which fuels her imagination.We hear all about what 'Snowflake' gets up to when everyone is asleep.

Toy is fine, issues with Santa’s technology
The toy is nice and reasonable quality but I am really disappointed with the videos. Managed to get the first 2 videos to work and despite the morbidly obese Santa who looks like he is wearing an American football jersey my daughter loved it. However I now can’t access the video section on the website, nothing happens when I click on video oddly the link to pay for more videos does work. I thought I’d try the app, this just comes up with an error everytime I try to upload a photo despite making sure everything was updated. Toy is fine but pricey when you don’t get the videos that are meant to be included.
