I suffer from strained Achilles tendons on both feet. The irony is that they were injured while doing rehab for my back and overstretched my Achilles tendons. I don’t know how effective the copper is on the healing process, but the fit was perfect and the first time I put these braces on and wrapped my ankles I had immediate relief. These are snug and provide the right amount of support without being too tight, as you can adjust the tension with the straps. I wear them most days instead of socks as I’m 74 and don’t worry too much about fashion sense. It’s more about functionality and being able to walk without pain

I’ve been doing stretching exercises, using orthotic insoles and taking NSAIDs to relieve the pain in my heel and calf due to plantar fasciitis. I saw an ad on social media that described how their product is designed to relieve the effects of plantar fasciitis by providing support and increasing blood flow. When I clicked on their link I was shocked at their price. So I checked Amazon and found the Indeemax brace for less than one fourth the price. So I decided to take a chance and spend ten bucks (instead of $45 for the other one.) I’m SO glad I did! I figured that if I used this I’d see some improvement in a few days. Boy, was I wrong. My pain started getting less immediately. By the end of the day, the pain was gone. The next day I felt good enough to play pickleball. The braces fit well inside my shoes. After two hours of playing I had no pain. What a difference these made! I’m 72 years old and have never experienced such a remarkable improvement from a product. I can’t guarantee everyone will have the same results. All I can say is that I’m completely sold on this support. I ordered two more pairs so I can always have a clean pair while the others are in the laundry.

Feels supportive with strap or without. Flex is good. I am using it during squats at 57 years old male in gym. Also at night during sleep and daytime. Nice and thick. 1st one was too big. Popping in ankle is common. Feels like is re-molding my ankle.

I've only just worn these compression braces once and I can tell that it is making a difference in my feet. I've been suffering from foot pain for about a month I think it is due to plantar fasciitis and lack of proper stretching. I found these online looking for an affordable compression solution. They are stretchy, but offer lots of compression. they each come with a velcro strap to offer even more support and bracing to the ankle. I wore it for about 4 hours the first night. I need to allow my feet to breathe and rest from all the compression. The next day my feet felt less pain. I will continue to wear these around the house and work my way to longer time periods. I hope this helps me feel pain free again along with a good stretching routine.

After dealing with Plantar Fasciitis for 9 months, it appears this fixed my problem in just a few days. Definitely worth trying if you're suffering from PF. Though I think stretching and strengthening your big toe, foot, and ankle are important too.
