Okay this absolutely surprised us in the BEST way. We jokingly call the green light the “dust finder light” because it exposes EVERYTHING hiding on the floors 😭 The amount of dust, hair, and random debris this vacuum picks up is honestly wild, especially with a dog in the house. Every time we use it, we end up saying “where did all of this even come from?! ” The suction power is STRONG and it glides really nicely across our floors and rugs without feeling heavy or clunky. The anti-tangle brush has also been a huge plus with pet hair. Battery life has been solid for us and the bendable wand makes it so much easier to get under furniture without throwing out your back. Honestly, this vacuum can go toe-to-toe with the big name brands and give them a real run for their money. For the price, performance, and features, we’ve been super impressed. One of those purchases that makes cleaning weirdly satisfying 😂

Initially I received a machine with a defective powerhead. While I liked the suction power, without a functioning powerhead, the vac was not of much use and I rated it as two stars. Ultenic reached out to me and sent a new machine. With the functioning powerhead I've rerated my experience as 5 stars. This is a well performing cleaner. I also own a Dys-V8 which I like. The Ultenic performs as well as the Dys-V8. I have vacuumed my entire home (5 carpeted rooms and 5 rooms with plank flooring). I only used the normal setting which to me is equivalent to the Dys-V8. It took 17 minutes . I still had 18 minutes left of battery power. The powerhead handled the carpet and hard surfaces. Not having to change a powerhead for the two different surfaces is a big plus. The green floorlights are excellent for highlighting the dirt ahead of the powerhead. Critics make too much of the battery life when on the max power setting. This is a just a fact when asking a machine to produce more power. My Dys-V8 only lasts for 6 minutes when on max power. Overall, the Ultenic vac is a great deal at this price point. This machine should be a top consideration for those looking for a cordless vac.

It’s been 3 months of using this vacuum everyday and it beats out any vacuum I’ve ever owned! What it can do for the price is worth it. Strong suction for thick carpet, then go eco setting to vacuum rugs without it moving around.

The Eco setting will provide a 60 minute run time but is not strong enough to clean even hardwood floors. I have had this vacuum for a couple of months and it works great! We love the suction power at the high setting and the green light that shows all the pet hair and dust on the floor. What we don't like is the run time for the medium and low suction settings. The advertised run time is 60 minutes on the lowest setting. The fully charged run time is 35 minutes on the middle suction setting and 16 minutes on high suction setting (which is needed for rugs carpeting and even hard surfaces). I wish I could give them a 5 star for performance but I feel they misled about the run time and I can't get past that. The battery runs out before I can fully vacuum my 2,000 square foot home using the stronger settings, which really matters. I don't want to stop in the middle of vacuuming to charge the battery for a few hours.

I bought two of these, one in October 2026 and one in January 2026 and both have issues with charging. The batteries discharge abnormally fast especially once you put them on the stronger level of suction, they don't even last one minute and they die. I like the bending ability so that it can go under the couch but not enough to convince me to rate it more than 1 star. I guess I got what I paid for. I should have listened to the negative reviews of this item.

Great vacuum. Gets under the couch great too! Came quickly, well packaged and picks up well off of hardwood floors. Also not too loud on turbo mode. Stands up on its own like it says. That’s convenient. The battery can be charged separately from the vacuum for convenience.

This Ultenic vacuum has really strong suction and picks up pet hair and dirt easily. The brush doesn't get tangled with hair, which saves a lot of time, and the battery lasts long enough to clean my whole house on one charge. My favorite part is the handle that bends in the middle. It makes it so simple to clean under the couch and bed without having to lean over or move heavy furniture. It is very lightweight and works great for the car and stairs too!

Je suis très satisfaite de cet aspirateur U20. Il est léger, maniable et très facile à utiliser au quotidien. L'aspiration est efficace, aussi bien sur les sols durs que sur les tapis (poils de chat), et la batterie offre une autonomie suffisante pour faire tout l'étage de la maison car nous l'avons acheté pour cet étage. J'apprécie également qu'il soit simple à vider et à entretenir. Son rapport qualité-prix est excellent et il répond parfaitement à mes attentes. Après plusieurs utilisations, je peux dire que c'est un achat que je ne regrette pas. Je le recommande sans hésiter à celles et ceux qui recherchent un aspirateur performant, pratique et agréable à utiliser.

Provengo da un classico Folletto e utilizzare questo aspirapolvere senza fili è stato per me un bel salto di qualità. Ora non occorre più svolgere il cavo, infilarlo nella presa e riavvolgere il cavo a operazione ultimata. Basta accendere l'aspirapolvere per essere già al lavoro. Inoltre è molto più leggero e maneggevole, si lavora veramente senza fatica. Un’altra bella funzione è la guida luminosa a led sulla spazzola che ti fa individuare lo sporco con precisione. Molto valida la possibilità di aspirare togliendo la spazzola dei pavimenti, utilizzando la spazzola integrata o il beccuccio a corredo. In questo modo si possono pulire anche i divani con la stessa velocità e praticità. Confermo la buona durata della batteria, non avendo animali o tappeti da aspirare posso mantenere la modalità eco per la massima autonomia di circa 60 minuti. Tra i contro, rispetto al folletto che ha un sacco che si svuota una volta tanto, vi è la necessità di svuotare il contenitore dello sporco e della pulizia dei filtri abbastanza frequentemente. Tuttavia è un’operazione che richiede poco tempo. Penso che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia molto favorevole e sono molto soddisfatto dell’acquisto

Compré el aspirador sin cables Ultenic U20 en septiembre de 2025 y después de casi un año de uso diario (casa con 1 perro y 2 chicas con pelo largo) sigo tan satisfecho como el primer día. Lo más destacable es que no nos ha dado ni un solo problema. Funciona de maravilla. Tiene mucha más potencia que todos los aspiradores sin cable que había tenido antes, succiona muy bien tanto en suelos como en alfombras, y la batería dura bastante más que las de modelos anteriores que he tenido en casa. Lo mejor de todo es que, después de casi 12 meses, la batería sigue manteniendo prácticamente la misma duración que cuando lo estrené. No he notado pérdida de autonomía, algo que suele pasar en otros aspiradores. Es ligero, fácil de manejar, el depósito se vacía muy fácilmente. Sin duda, una muy buena compra que he hecho. Totalmente recomendable.

Beste lezer Sinds enige maanden zonder problemen de Ultenic U20 stofzuiger gebruikt . Vanmorgen wilde ik stofzuigen, tijdens het indrukken van de indrukker kwam er geen reactie op de Led-Display en de stofzuiger ging ook niet in bedrijf . Na contact met de firma Ultenic kwamen deze meteen in actie en verzorgden een vervangende accu, na opsturing en plaatsing in de stofzuiger, alles weer in orde. Vervelend een defecte accu maar ik ben zeer tevreden met de uitstekende reactie van de firma Ultenic. Gerard van der Kolk
