The price of the mat can seem to be a little on the expensive side, yet as mentioned the quality is brilliant even after being used on a daily basis for quite some months. The base of the mat is rubberised and sticks like glue to any surface, the mat does not slip even when sweaty, so you can be confident that the mat will not fail you in the more arduous poses/positions. The surface of the mat is comfortable, again, even when wet. One little thing is that it does shift on the carpet, but I am certain it is super grippy on a floor surface.
