Grant TV look great image so much better that the regular 4K this is the 4 Vizio I have bought no problems very easy set up connect right away WiFi connections fast reliable great brightness and contrast easy to use remote control great value for your money

It took a week to get it, well worth the wait.

DO NOT waste your money on this product. Just setup the tv today and right out the box it was junk. During the setup process the screen suddenly went dark and blank (but not off). I unplugged it and restarted and was able to complete the setup. Next i connected it to my Xbox and was gaming on it for about 30 mins, during which time I noticed the tv wasn’t responding to the remote at all, not volume , power or input button. Nothing! Had to again unplug it to turn it off. After turning it back on to try to investigate the remote issue, the TV now turns on but after around 10 seconds the screen goes completely dark and unresponsive. You can’t turn it off, change input modes nothing and this is just now the situation each time. Even for a “cheap” TV this is garbage! You were warned

Great Product at an Affordable Price. Purchased 6 months ago. Everything works great. Smart TV Platfom and Wifi offers a good interface. Wide viewing Angle may have a slight washed out look if not sitting in front of the TV and TV Broadcasting Stations wide viewing angle lackluster may add to issues. Wide viewing angles washed out look are common issues on QLED TV with VA panel technology. IPS and VA Technoogy Pros and Cons are difficult to explain. It is confusing. Do your homework?

This is an outstanding TV- clear crisp picture & sound We do not subscribe to any cable and were able to get over 2000 free channels thru our internet connection- local, movies, documentaries, etc. +++ We did not find the apps or instructions cumbersome (we are retired) Note: allow the TV to upgrade a day or so to fully collect your antenna channels We are extremely happy with this tv- and the price is amazing. Note: needed to contact customer service (no fault of seller) and within in minutes- they responded to my email. That in itself, speaks volumes. An absolute must buy !!

Not much to not like here. I purchased this for a family member as an alternative to a FireTV. It was simple to set up and you can easily do it without a Vizio account (assuming you don’t want to use their smart tv system). I paired this with a FireTV 4K Max stick and Ethernet adapter and it’s fantastic. Picture is great, colors are great (with some tuning) and the sound is good. I’d get a soundbar for it, but the person using it doesn’t mind the sound quality. Really no complaints. Just keep in mind it’s a $300 TV and you’ll be pleased. I know some people have had quality issues with Vizio, but this is the third one I’ve purchased over the last 10 years and I’ve had zero problems. Although, I don’t use their smart tv functionality and I do not update firmware. Maybe that’s part of it… I treat these and non-smart TVs and use a FireTV stick/Shield TV/etc and they work great!

I don't know if I can tell the difference between this 4K QLED HDR TV and my older one (which was not a 4K QLED HDR TV), but the video is crisp and clear. What I LOVE about this tv is the fact that it doesn't auto-turn off after being paused for a length of time. This tv is mounted in my 3-season porch. I'm frequently pausing the tv to cook on the grill, jump in the pool, check on the garden, or just enjoying being outside. My old Samsung would turn off due to inactivity after just a few minutes. I would get so mad because to return to my video I had to click, click, log in again, scroll down, click some more, identify that's it me, etc. Then, finally, after 5 minutes of angst I'm able to resume my video, knowing full well that I'll have to do this all over again when the Samsung times out again. I'm sure that you feel my pain. THIS TV DOES NOT TIME OUT :-)! Even if I leave for 30 minutes, I come back to the paused program. What I HATE about this TV is that it doesn't recall what you have been watching. So, if you're watching a good movie on some streaming channel but can't finish it, YOU NEED TO MEMORIZE THE STREAMING SERVICE AND NAME OF THE MOVIE IF YOU WANT TO FINISH IT AT A LATER DATE. On the home screen Vizio aggressively pushes various movies and shows but DOES NOT LIST YOUR VIEWING HISTORY. NOT EVEN THE LAST SHOW THAT YOU DIDN'T FINISH WATCHING. The failure to do so is shocking as EVERY other TV does this as a matter of convenience. Of course we want to pick up where we left off on a previous movie or show. Its a no brainer. Previous Vizio TVs did this. Its extremely inconsiderate IMO.
