Review: Great bench - After reading some other reviews I was a bit worried, but completely unnecessarily. The bench arrived quickly, was easy to set up (two bolts, and did come with instructions in English, not that you'dneed them), and is as solid and sturdy as I need - and I'm not light. The resistance bands are pointless though, totally agree with what others said about that, but I didn't buy for those anyway. Looks pretty smart, and overall quality was better than I was expecting. I'm happy. Review: A good bench, definitely good enough for home workouts - Pro's: - It's sturdy. While using it it doesn't feel like it's going to collapse. I'm just under 13 st and used 22.5kg dumbbells while the bench was in both flat and incline and it has so far held up fine with no issues. While not on the bench though you can rock it from side to side fairly easily, but this doesn't happen when you are on the bench. - It's light. Not heavy at all, which is good, however this may be the reason why you can rock it from side to side when not on the bench. - Easy to put together. The Bench arrives 75% put together already. The only thing you need to add on is the horizontal foot at the front, where the hooks are for the resistance bands and then you just need to insert the three pins after you have unfolded it and you're done. Very simple. To fold up, simple take out the three pins and it becomes foldable. - Delivery times. Not really about the product itself, but I ordered this on 9th June, was told it will arrive between the 15-17th June, but it arrived two days later on the 11th June. Can't really complain about that. Con's: - Resistance bands. They're useless. Barely have any resistance to them, however they were not the main reason why i bought this bench as i already have resistance bands. However if this is important to you then note that you will not get much use from them as the bands really aren't very good. - Instructions. They are in Chinese however for me putting it together was extremely simple and I didn't look at the instructions at all as I didn't need it. This may be a problem however for people who won't entirely know what they're doing when it comes to putting on the final pieces of the bench. I've been training over 30 yrs and unless you want 'armchair' comfort, this thing is perfect. I weigh over 17st and it is perfectly stable and folds away nicely to store. You do not need the instructions to put it together, it's just two bolts!! The bands with handles are pretty much useless but I only bought this as a cheap bench while the gyms are shut, and for that, it's perfect.
