Been using this more than a month and it was worth every cent, I had no issues for now even though I kept it running for hours and stock ice in my freezer, it’s so much easier then filling silicone or plastic ice trays no sweat just press the button and let it do its job. It can easily make ice enough for a glass of drink in 15 minutes so also good for emergencies.

The machine produces ice quickly and is easy to use. However, the ice melts very fast once added to drinks or water, so it’s better for immediate use rather than storing.

It was good and worked for 10 months. Then the water tray was failing to fill as the pump wasn’t strong enough to spray the water into the tray. Excellent customer service though - no warranty replacement available so a refund was given. In summery they are a good retailer, but I wouldn’t recommend this particular product.

جميله جداً اول دفعه من الثلج خفيف وثاني دفعه الثلج يطلع جمممميل جداً

صانعة ثلج بطيئة ، اول دفعتين الى ثلاث دفعات حجم الثلج صغير ويذوب بسرعه ، وحجم خزانها صغير ويحتاج ازالة الثلج ووضعه في الفريزر بشكل مستمر للحصول على كمية وافيه. المكينة قد تكون ممتازة ومناسبة لعشاق مشروبات القهوة الباردة لاستخدام شخصي ، شخص واحد او اثنين وليس استخدام عائلة لمختلف المشروبات والعصيرات المنزلية او لبراد الماء او الثلاجة المتنقلة. اعتقد المشكلة الأساسية هي سوء اختياري للمنتج حيث انه غير ملائم لهدف شرائه بالنسبة لي .
