They are not like memory foam inserts for comfort, so if you buy them for that you'll be disappointed. I have plantar fasciitis and I have a few pairs of really expensive foot store arches, and one from a podiatrist. I get tired of constantly moving insoles around from shoe to shoe. This works as well for me as the super expensive ones for keeping my arch up without hurting it. No other inexpensive ones have, they don't have enough support. So for what I need them for they're perfect, but they're not super comfy for being on your feet all day, almost no padding. But awesome arch support. I paid regular price for them, no promotional freebie stuff. ### ⭐⭐ Unpredictable sizing--be sure you try them out before the return window closes. *by W***W on February 22, 2018* These are small by at least a full size. Not size eight to thirteen. While they feel a bit stiff once in the shoe or boot they feel fantastic. Outstanding support particularly with your arch. I have worn my riding boots all day long without any foot issues. I don't even have flat feet but on the contrary I have high arches. These insoles give my arches tons of support.
