I really like these. They are not like memory foam inserts for comfort, so if you buy them for that you'll be disappointed. I have plantar fasciitis and I have a few pairs of really expensive foot store arches, and one from a podiatrist. I get tired of constantly moving insoles around from shoe to shoe. This works as well for me as the super expensive ones for keeping my arch up without hurting it. No other inexpensive ones have, they don't have enough support. So for what I need them for they're perfect, but they're not super comfy for being on your feet all day, almost no padding. But awesome arch support. I paid regular price for them, no promotional freebie stuff.

These are small by at least a full size. I bought a pair before and they were perfect. Bought the same size this time and they are so small that my entire big toe rubs against the bottom of the shoe. Unfortunately, I didn't figure this out until after the return window closed.

Right off the bat you know these are good because they offer exact sizes. Not size eight to thirteen. While they feel a bit stiff once in the shoe or boot they feel fantastic. Outstanding support particularly with your arch. I have worn my riding boots all day long without any foot issues. I don't even have flat feet but on the contrary I have high arches. These insoles give my arches tons of support. Best insole supports I have ever tried.

As far as support goes they are good, but they take up so much room, that my feet don't fit in the shoes (and yes, I'm taking out the original insoles). Even shoes that were a little too big, don't fit with these in them. In going to have to shave off some of bottoms, to get them to fit right and then ill be changing the support design so... Idk, try at your own risk.

The insole itself feels great and seems pretty comfortable. I have severe plantar fasciitis. And was giving these a try since my new insurance will not pay for the custom insoles I get from the podiatrist. My only complaint is it runs pretty small. I wear a size 9 in women’s. The insole I got said Women’s9-91/2. The pic shows the Nazaroo on top of the insole from my size 9 Nike. It’s just shy of a inch short. It’s kind of irritating that my big toe has nothing under it but other then that they are good for the price.

If you are a pronate or overpronate walker and have Plantar Fasciitis... this will speed your recovery!Remove all shoe liners and insert these as instructed and relief is on the way! Great arch support, too!

These inserts are not as comfy as the black and green Nazaroos, and they seem like they are a whole size smaller. I ordered a 7 - 7 1/2 mens, but they didn't cover the toe area in a 7 mens shoe.

I have flat feet and very bad knee arthritis, the moment I put the NAZAROO insole in my shoes I felt instant relieve and began walking better. I put them in another pair of shoes, then another...same result each time. GREAT PRODUCT!!! So glad I found them!!!
