I specifically ordered this on the German Amazon site and had it shipped to England because I wanted a small hairdryer with a European plug. I travel a lot across Europe with my work and I wanted a hairdryer I could use without having to carry a travel adapter. When it arrived it was the UK version with a 3 pin plug not a 2 pin German one. I've now paid three times the price I would have paid in the UK for a product I can buy in any store here. However return shipping costs mean it's not worth returning it. Complete waste of time and money.

Excellent Ideal for short breaks

Excellent, powerful hair dryer, but...................less compact than I was expecting. Only the fact that the handle folds makes this a "Travel" dryer, in my view, although, as some reviewers have said, it is quite lightweight. I bought this for normal home use and can say that it is just as powerful and efficient as that which it replaced (and slightly bigger, too!). So I am very pleased with the purchase. For travel purposes, it would certainly be a more effective dryer than those provided in holiday hotels, etc., so if that is your main travel requirement, this would be a good choice. If you are looking for one of those natty, space-saving small dryers, then this may not fit the bill.
