This kit has everything you need for a little at-home waxing station - warmer, beads, pot, strips, oils. However, it does take practice to get the wax to just the right temperature and consistency. Not the kit's fault, just the nature of the beast. Bravery not included - it takes some mental strength to get yourself to pull the wax off. Overall, the wax beads included do a great job. I'm sure it'll get better with practice but highly recommend if you're looking to kick having razors and save money.

This kit includes a flexible insert that allows you to pop out the cooled un-used wax. Easy to set the temperature with the knob and clear digital screen. The wax melts easy and stays at temperature. There is a nIce amount of wax included too.

You have to judge these things based on how they operate per their intended function, and this waxing kit definitely does heat and melt wax, and it keeps the wax melted for as long as you need. There's no disputing that. BUT... It's light. Which means when you try and scrape the excess wax off the whole unit sometimes moves. This is because it's light, or made kind of cheaply (too much plastic) so if you're not careful you will drip hot/warm wax over countertops or the floor or wherever it is you are using the device. So you have to be careful (not just with this specific one, but with anything you are using to melt wax or apply wax to ther skin) and make sure you're measured about how you get the wax in and out of the basin. One nice thing, it does come with four bags of wax pellets which is nice (although you do go through this stuff pretty quickly, and you cannot reuse it obviously) and it's very easy to understand how to use it. Well documented instructions. All in all I will keep using it for sure, but make sure that I have it in a place where I know it won't move.

This type of waxing is new to me. I'm somewhat familiar with the wax that you need fabric strips to get the wax off with. This wax is not that way at all. You put enough on to make somewhat of a slab on your skin, and when it cools off enough, you can rip the wax off and the hair underneath. It's pretty neat! I'll admit that I misplaced the instructions that I think came with this kit. Fortunately for me, the instructions are also on the Amazon product page. The instructions are pretty straightforward. Everything you need is included in the box. I have used this wax on my arm, which I usually use an epilator for, but I have forgotten to do that lately, so there was a good amount of test hair on my forearms. Yes, the unit is quite lightweight, as another Vine Voice already mentioned. I guess I can use gaffer tape to secure it to my countertop while using it, because it is kind of inconvenient to try to hold onto the pot and try to wax at the same time.

I found the pot takes a lot time to heat up and doesn't completely melt the wax, making it difficult and time consuming for proper hair removal. It does work if you're patient, but the time investment required is significant!
