I’ve only received two of the 5 utensil’s in my order. The potato masher and the skinner. How can I receive the other three untensils?

Yes you can. We use them on our electric stove all the time. We used them on coil electric stove top and our new ceramic electric stove top.

Can you use metal scrubbers on these?

No! Regardless of your desire to do so, do not use metal scrubbers on stainless steel.
