I really like this, I don’t like the loud ding to shut off the timer.

When I purchased this machine. the product description (and enclosed product guide) said that this machine is QUIET - specifically referring to the timer. On the contrary, the timer ticking / alarm are extremely loud. So much so, that I need to give a warning to my clients. The steam works great - but the sound is is awful and the enormous 'DING' at the end of the timer is super startling to someone who has been relaxing under the steam for 10 minutes. So be aware - it S NOT QUIET. :(

So everything is great about this facial steamer, good mist facial steaming, the unit seems well made and nicely put together, minimal parts so it's easy to clean, I've not had any water leakage or problems, I like everything so far the magnifying light is a nice touch as well. it is a little bit on the bigger side but again not really an issue for me,the only thing that was a little irritating and why it only got four stars is because the labeling on this really needs some work, I wish it was a little bit more clear and not so vague, also no instructions really, none that were legible anyways. But once you figure it out and how it works you kind of remember the dials and buttons without needing them labeled also you can just get labels and put them on there do it yourself I guess but it'd be nice if it just came that way in the first place,other than that no complaints I'm happy good machine.Cheers

Had scratches and received a replacement and worked perfect. Easy to assemble and I love that the bottom isn’t metal so it won’t rust over time.

This facial steamer is sturdy once put together. The wheels are smooth and quiet. The magnifying glass is clear and works especially well with its built in LED lamp. The steamer and lamp are on separate arms which makes it more flexible. The steamer cup is large and can be filled in the cup or from the top without taking the cup off. There is a timer which helps avoiding drying up the heating wand. Overall, a well designed steamer that works well.

There are no instructions. It has one sheet that warns about what not to do.The magnifying glass/lamp plugs into the bottom of the steamer unit. You then plug the steamer unit into the wall. You control the lamp and intensity of the light from a rotating dial at the base of the lamp.The steamer has two switches. One to turn on the steamer heating element to start boiling the water. The other switch is labeled "LIGHT". It has nothing to do with the lamp. With the switch "off", you get very light steam. Turning that switch "on" provides greater steam. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in the reliability of this unit.

It works great, but the instructions could definitely be better. The product is very big and comes uninstalled so you do have to spend a little bit putting it together. It looks very professional and makes for a great addition to my set up.

This was pretty easy to put together without needing to look at the simple instructions that it came with.The only downsides are that it is pretty top heavy with the magnifying glass attachment. It also has a loud squeaking noise when you're adjusting its height.The steamer also takes a bit of time to warm up when you first turn it on, I think it felt like 5-10 minutes.There is a switch labeled light on it but it doesn't control the light (the magnifier light has its own control). It actually turns on additional steam output.
