Amazing! This back brace adjusts for light support to extra support and feels great all day. Three Velcro spots, the first at the front then the 2 side straps pull forward to give you the custom support you want. Simply pull the straps as tight as you want and secure the Velcro.

I’ve been using this at the gym for quite some time. My trainer mentioned since I like to bake, maybe use it at home when I am standing, bending and baking a lot to protect my lower back. It also helps when I am vacuuming, making the bed, etc. There’s a lot of things around the house when I am cleaning that have the back supported this helps with! I kept forgetting to take it back and forth, so I finally broke down and bought one for my gym bag I keep in the car and one for home. They aren’t inexpensive, but my back it worth the expense.

This back brace is built very well. Good quality I believe. Very adjustable. Easy to put on. I do wish the first of the 2 "belts" would not slide apart one out from under the other. The 2 "tension" adjuster straps pull tight and make the back brace very effective and feel good to my back. I have always thought the copper infused fiber was a gimmick and still do so it was not a reason for me to buy this brace. But it looked like a well built brace and I am happy with my purchase.

I was very impressed by the construction and the field of this product. I felt that it gave me great support without limiting movement. This was evidenced by the fact that I felt that I threw my back out yet. I was able to play golf pain-free without limiting any movement. I highly recommend this product.

It was delivered promptly and my husband put it on right away. It was everything we expected and was easy to put on. It has been working well for him and has made movements easier and less painful.

I have a mixture of compressed and bulging discs from L1- S1 and a hemangioma on L2, and I spent an entire day barely able to stand upright and walk. I purchased this brace, looking for instant relief after another flare-up of lower back pain from daily living. I ordered this brace on day 2 of the episode and received it on day 3. I had been using my tens unit, doing what stretches I could handle, walking around the house, and resting to work through the issues as normal. By the time I received the brace, I was still very tender, tight, and sore. I immediately put it to use. It wasn't a miracle, but it did provide much-needed relief! I felt relief instantly in the upper glutes and was able to stand without feeling unstable. I've been wearing it for 3 days, on and off throughout the day, and I'm pleased enough with it to have purchased a second one to make sure I have one with me at all times. I'm 5ft 8in tall and weigh 149 lbs, and I purchased the SM/MD This fits well and adjusts comfortably. I have been wearing this while walking around, sitting, reclining, and standing. The lumbar plate is solid and sturdy, so make sure it is centered on your spine before the final adjustment. Do not fudge your size! Purchase too small, and this may not be comfortable; purchase too big, and you won't get the support you need.

I bought this to help with what is probably a combination of sciatica and lower back issues that come with being 75 years old. More and more frequently when I first get up in the morning by lower back hurts (scale of 1-5 it varies from a two to a three.) That pain usually improves as the day goes on. I wanted something for the first few hours in the a.m. I have a similar device from a different manufacturer that requires putting your arms through straps and the bracing runs higher on the back. It has lots of Velcro too. It works but it's more cumbersome to get into. I got this Copper Fit thinking it would be easier to get into and still serve the same purpose. It works. I didn't buy it for any "copper effects," so I have no expectations in that regard. I did find that wearing it directly against the skin on a warmish late spring day caused some sweating which wasn't so comfortable. So the "breathable" mesh doesn't help much, if at all. If warn for any length of time more than a couple of hours, (something that's not recommended in the medical community) you'll need to have a t-shirt or some lightweight garment between it and your skin. No direct contact. It's well made, but the material stinks. That hopefully will improve after washing. It has to hand-washed, (another thing to take note of.) I think the expense is to help pay for their cable TV commercials. Would I buy again knowing what I know now? Probably but now, I know how I will and won't use it. It is more convenient than the fuller back brace I described and the support is helpful. I found the "sizing" recommendations to be spot-on.
