Complete junk, unable to supply even milliamps of current, died immediately
Headline says it all. Using them in a remote sensor that draws a few milliamps every 15 minutes, these dropped to 2.7 volts almost immediately. I went through the whole box and they were all the same. Into the trash, all. Bought SAFT brand (not from Amazon because how can you trust the supply chain after that) and they worked flawlessly.

Bulk pack
Tested a couple of them with a multimeter and found voltages to be as expected, just slightly less than 3.6V. Whether or not they last as long as their stated mAh capacities suggest, is another matter. Time can tell, but for now they should be able to do the job.
