These are great period underwear for those days when you want a little extra protection. I personally wear them as a backup with a tampon, so I can’t speak to how well they handle a full flow on their own, but they’ve been excellent for preventing leaks. They’re very comfortable, soft, and honestly feel like regular underwear—they don’t have that bulky “diaper” feeling that some period underwear can have. The material is soft and well made. They’re not the most breathable underwear I’ve ever worn, but that’s a tradeoff I’m happy to make for the added protection. I sized up based on other reviews, and the fit was perfect. They fit like a brief with plenty of full coverage in the back and sit around mid-waist, which I find comfortable and secure. Overall, I’m very happy with them and definitely plan on ordering more. I would recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, reliable backup protection. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm going through perimenopause and I keep on bleeding through whatever I'm wearing at night. I'm still using sanitary napkins but I am using these panties to prevent the bleed throughs and it's working amazingly. Side note if your pelvic floor isn't strong and you pee yourself a little when you laugh or do jumping jacks or try to exercise or whatever... I recommend putting on these panties before going to the gym. Very helpful. They fit true to size. And do a good job covering front to back . The fabric isn't that breathable not good for daily use. But great for a situations that require something like this. Very well made. And worth the $15 I spent. Wish I had them sooner... It would have saved my sheets.

Loveeee these!!! I’ve been wearing these for the past 2 days now, washed them and all and they are still good as new. I would say I have a very heavy flow and this is the only thing I have been wearing so far! No tampons no pads just these panties and it has been AMAZING. no leaks and I’ve worn them on my second day almost all day (which is usually the worst for me) for about 8/9 hours. You aren’t sitting in your period it feels like there’s nothing on the underwear! This is the best investment I’ve made truthfully. I will be buying a large package to see if those fit better though because the medium is a tad tight but still is great to use.

This was a life changer! It was not as strechy as I thought it was going to be. I would say to size up if you're going to order these. When having these on I didn't have to worry about leaks. I was working super long days 10-14 hour shifts. I would bring a few pads with me and wear these at the same time so if i did run out of pads or had a leak this would catch it. The coverage was good, I just wish it was stretcher. I would definitely order these again in a larger size.

Absolutely love these! Super soft and comfortable! I have a heavy flow and these did not leak at all! I worn one pair during the day and a pair overnight and had no problems. They washed and dried with no issues. I’ll definitely be ordering more and I’m thinking about giving them as extremely awkward gifts to my friends 🤣

Works for what they’re made for but run small and tight.

It’s not been 8 months since I switched to this underwear during my period, and I will never go back to tampons unless I’m at the beach or in an extreme workout where a tampon would be easier. Since then, my period has decreased from 5/6 days to 2/3 days, and a MAJOR decrease in my cramps. I now own 12 pairs. On my heavy days, I switch them out often (every 2-3 hours). I have never had a leak, they don’t feel like wearing pads, and I quite often forget I’m wearing it at all. Ladies, it’s worth every penny. Make the switch. When I am at work, I bring a wet bag (purchased from Etsy) and a clean pair and switch out the dirty pair with the clean pair, and keep them in the wet bag till I get home to wash them. I keep 3 wet bags and 3 clean pair on me during my heaviest days when I’m out of the house all day. They have held up perfectly in the wash, but I do line dry them. For reference, I’m 5” and 160lbs and wear a large.

Give you the protection you need especially on heavy days. They look very big but fit comfortably. So it’s okay to order your size. Don’t size up like I did. I also wear them with a pad as recommended. These definitely come in handy.

Excellent quality period pants all as described. Purchased for myself and my teenage daughter who is over the moon with them, she carries a pair in her school bag just incase she gets caught off guard one day, which has actually helped her already which she was super pleased about. I recommend these to all women who wear sanitary pad equipment. Great material, good thickness but not too thick that it feels like a surfboard cuzz if you know you know! Had no excess spillage. Why did I wait so long to try period panties ? It's life changing !! The absorbency is perfect for my period, I don't have a very heavy flow except for like 1 day. I slept and went on my day with these and never had a leak. Will repurchase to get more for every day !
