Size chart? There isn't even a option for size choice?

Universal Fit Size: 21.25” - 24” / 54 - 61cm It appears from my search online.

Is this a unisex helmet? (not sure if it truly matters) when in a wishlist, the description is "giro fixture mips bike helmet - women's matte lime"

Giro Fixture MIPS Helmet Matte Lime is a Universal Adult fit, so Unisex. Sorry for the confusion.

After wearing it, do you have "helmet hair?"

... you could wear a bandana underneath it to help keep the hair in place. Like others have mentioned, all helmets with enough ventilation will cause "helmet hair".
