Love it
Great substitute, sugar alcohol so expect stomach issues, but used in moderation it can be controlled. Zero calories, 1:1 ratio compared to real sugar, to me it tastes better than any other sugar substitute when using it in baking.

Works like regular table sugar.
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol added to many low-calorie and keto-friendly foods. As a diabetic, I found it did raise my blood sugar levels, not as much as a natural table sugar does. It makes a good substitute for baking. The flavor matches the flavor of table sugar, I didn't detect any aftertaste. Over all it was a pleasant surprise, a great change from table sugar, and had no odor other than sweet. Erythritol measures the same as sugar does, I found it easy to use. The price is a bit high but most all sugar replacements are overpriced. The texture is crystalline, it didn't clump but stayed free-flowing. It did leave an aftertaste, it was more of a cooling sensation as one gets with a nice mint. I do find for my diabetic needs that allulose is a better sugar substitute for me, I don't do well with alcohol sugar products, they tend to have disagreeable side effects.

Good for Keto and Soft like Powdered Sugar
The price for the amount is absolutely worth it, I like that's it's almost like powdered sugar, and it works just fine for low calorie and keto friendly diets. I have mine still lasting me a while and I use it almost daily for my coffee. I'm pretty satisfied with it.

This tastes very much like sugar
This is the only sweetner I use. It's the closest to sugar I've found.

It's okay
It tastes better than Stevie but leaves a lingering sweetness in your mouth. Update: it is not as sweet as regular sugar, and for the price it's a bit steep.

Non GMO but NOT organic
This Allulose is a great price. It dissolves well and tastes about the same as other allulose to me. And it is non GMO. However it is NOT organic. Meaning it likely has glyphosate in it. Which means you may be ingesting pesticides. If it was certified organic legally it would also be non GMO. So I will be looking for certified organic from now on.
