Review: Happy with my purchase - Works for me with energy levels and also sleep, although only done a month now so would probably better measure it further down the line. The taste is fine, its a bit like blackcurrant squash, mix it well though.
Review: Expensive but nicely put together - Like others, I ordered two boxes of these, giving me a 28-day supply, but only a pack of 14 turned up. This is a shame as you can't really evaluate a product based on two-weeks' use. I will say that the presentation of these sachets is top-notch. The envelope-style box opens to reveal the tube sachets, and the whole thing is covered in information about the ingredients, quantities, and what each claims to do for the body. I really appreciate that as so many supplements seem to keep detailed content information for the website only. It's also a useful reference when considering any improvements/inaction in those physical areas. I take these sachets in water, which is my personal preference, but you can drink them directly from the sachet too, which is quick and easy. if it's going in water, you do need to stir well or shake vigorously, as it separates initially. It's easy to get into a habit of taking them, and I like that I don't have to remember to take a bunch of pills each day - I can just have a drink of quite-nice blackcurrant and apple flavoured 'squash'. I really like the inclusion of Ashwaganda and Lion's Mane, both of which help with regulating and improving focus. Ashwaganda in particular is recommended for calming anxiety, though it's not in a high dose here. I've found that my sleep is better since I've been on them - but then, we're coming out of a heatwave so it could be that! I have no adverse effects from taking them so far, but at £29.30 for a single pack of 2-weeks supply or £66.99 for a month, I doubt I'll find out. In my opinion, these are too expensive and there is a lot of competition out there offering similar combinations for less. I do think that if money weren't an issue, I'd probably give these another fortnight or more to see whether my sleep cycle has improved long-term.

Like others, I ordered two boxes of these, giving me a 28-day supply, but only a pack of 14 turned up. This is a shame as you can't really evaluate a product based on two-weeks' use. I will say that the presentation of these sachets is top-notch. The envelope-style box opens to reveal the tube sachets, and the whole thing is covered in information about the ingredients, quantities, and what each claims to do for the body. I really appreciate that as so many supplements seem to keep detailed content information for the website only. It's also a useful reference when considering any improvements/inaction in those physical areas.
