More versatile than regular flat bands due to the loops *by A***R on February 16, 2026* I got these bands because they were recommended by Dr Lisa Moore in our osteoporosis exercise class. They felt very thin, but I found they are sturdy and stretch easily for our workout. They are easy to grip and the size is right. I love the loops in them to help with specific exercises. I can also slip them into a door anchor to do standing rows and other exercises. I started with the red/green set them moved up to the blue/black set.
