Amazing Knife
I have 2 full sized Nakiri knives, a 7" and a 6.5" and I was looking for a 5" Nakiri as well, I came across this one, I was in a bit of shock actually that they even made a folding Nakiri, it was beyond my imagination, I read the reviews, and that is where it stopped, nothing on YouTube about these, so I decided to take a chance and I am so happy I did, the fact that the knife is extremely sharp and it locks into place too, it is indeed a 5" Nakiri, I was able to chop up all my veggies with no issue, I was able to hone it on my steel with no issue as well, and fold it back down with no issue. I did not buy this for camping, but for my kitchen when I just feel like using a smaller Nakiri. The joy for me is using my knives in all different sizes, and sometimes I like using the full size, other times the smaller one, so this is exactly what I needed, the bonus is, I CAN take it camping if we go because it folds, therefore is protected.

A very nice quality, true chef's knife
Pretty sharp as received, can be made better by honing on a waterstone. Very nice construction. Folding is very smooth and very secure lock. No play in the movement. The materials appear first rate. I don't know how they sell for the asked price. This is intended as a camping cooking kit knife, and except for a little use at home, I don't yet have much experience with it. I also bought and returned one of their fruit knives, before discovering there was also this chef's knife, and preferring that.

Very good knife for the price
I love this knife. I really needed something sharp, but manageable. I am a grandma. This knife folds down easily and I keep it for cutting pretty much anything. I thought I just wanted it for the kitchen only because none of my kitchen knives were sharp anymore so I cut meat and vegetables I also cut a random things like plastic and paper. It's my, "anything knife". I really like it a lot, and I love the grip. It fits my hand perfectly and is easy to use.

Razor sharp, folds for easy storage, nice knife for the money!
Handle is unsealed wood, needed a coat of tung oil. Blade is thin and flexible and razor sharp. Just like any other style knife, it has its purpose. Great knife for soft items like fruit, flexible blade so its a bit awkward for root veggies. Folds, which is a really nice feature. For the price, why wouldn't you buy one?

Excellent folding chef's knife
This is a very nice folding chef's knife. It's large enough to work well for food prep. Its well made, solid, and made from a good stainless steel with a comfortable and attractive wooden handle. I was sent the wrong knife initially. They sent me the fruit knife which, while not bad, is similar to many knifes I already have. But they replaced it immediately, and once I'm credited for the return, all should be well. Compared to other folding chef knifes of equivalent size and quality, this is a deal, and the competitors seems severely overpriced. Overall I really like this knife, and for a folder to just throw in the pack for a picnic this is an excellent choice.

Excellent for camping/travel.
Finally had a chance to use this knife on a camping trip. This folding chef knife is ideal for camping. Packs away small, but is firm and steady when unfolded. The blade did a great job cutting up some potatoes for some fries at the camp site. Clean up is a breeze as well. I am well pleased with this folding knife.

Not Bad
First of I’ll say it’s a decent knife. Pivot is tight. Wood scales finish could be a lot better. I’ll rub bees wax on them. That should brighten them up, also make them a bit more grippy as they seem slick to me. As for fit, could be a lot better. I’m seeing some voids next to the bolster. The pivot on the blade is nice. Doesn’t take much to deploy. Nice finish on the blade. The blade could be a lot sharper. I can take care of that as the steel is good. I’ll know more on its durability as I use it. I do like this knife. The sellers you see pushing it are just pushing for their cut. For $19 it’s not bad. Yes it was my $19 I spent no kick back here. I’m keeping as I just like knives. I’ll figure a use for this as it’s too big for an everyday carry. Maybe a camp box.
