This ASUS TUF laptop is literally tough and durable, the build quality feels solid and premium. Performance is excellent, apps open fast, gaming and multitasking are smooth, and the overall speed is very impressive. Battery backup and display are also good for daily work and entertainment. Only one thing to note, Microsoft Office is not lifetime free, it’s a limited license. Apart from that, totally satisfied. Worth buying

Performance is good , battery drains at turbo mode which is usual and this is having good heat managemnt. Suggest to use a cooling pad while running high performance tasks. Built quality is good and also has good gaming capab. Value for money and can be extended in future (ram,storage). Sound quality of this is moderate but is satisfying. Display quality is mod. Update after 2 months: no issue found with performance.

overall a bang for the buck. display is a little dull; but you can't expect much from an LCD screen of a gaming laptop while openeing and closing, the lid does bend a little (you can observe the change in the black color) performance is awesome. temperatures not too bad if you're putting it on a laptop stand. mousepad and keyboard are also good enough

WI got a defective ASUS laptop — it would shut down during normal use, the screen was flickering, it would hang, and I couldn’t close apps from the taskbar. I complained to Amazon customer care within 3 days, while it was still under the replacement period. They told me to contact ASUS support. I spoke with ASUS customer care, and they sent a technician. He checked and confirmed the problem, then said Windows would need to be reinstalled. I told him that this is a new product, and it shouldn’t arrive defective — I wanted a replacement, not a repair. He wrote down the issue in a letter and said he’d check with the company and get back to me. Two days passed with no response. When I called again, they said the replacement request was cancelled. I contacted customer care again, and they sent another technician. He submitted a replacement request and took a copy of the invoice. Now, for a replacement, a DOA (Dead on Arrival) letter is required, which is made using the details from the invoice. But my invoice didn’t have the laptop’s serial number. Because of that, ASUS refused to issue the DOA letter, saying you needed to talk to Amazon. After talking to Amazon 5–7 times, they kept saying their policy doesn’t allow adding a serial number to the invoice. ASUS said they can’t make the DOA letter without it. Later, I gave them the warranty slip, and after 2–3 days they somehow managed to create the letter. But when I tried to submit the replacement request on Amazon, they said replacement isn’t available at all — it won’t happen. They told me to contact the manufacturer or seller. The seller’s phone didn’t even connect. ASUS then said it’s Amazon’s issue, not theirs. So now both of them are refusing to take responsibility, and the replacement just isn’t happening. I recieved the defective laptop on 27 September , and today is 17 october and still nothing has changed.

Great product, came in durable packaging, deserves the name "The Ultimate Force" The processor is fast, feels smoother compared to my previous HP Laptop. Comes with a lot of bloat as expected of Microsoft, you can easily uninstall it, but it's time consuming. Battery backup depends on the mode selected also which gpu is active, on igpu (eco mode), I get around 2hrs. Which is decent. Display feels immersive compared to a VA panel. The IPS non reflecting panel shows actual dark colours rather than a tint compared to VA. 144hz refreshing rate is a massive improvement. Under 60k I would say it's more than worth and definitely value for money. Gaming is good, temps are managed with good heating. GTAV with NVE mod gives ~60fps on 1080p. Ghost of Tsushima with high settings and balanced DLSS gives ~55fps
