I've seen women using these rollers online doing tutorials, and have watched these tutorials. I've seen dermatologists doing tutorials too. I did some research before I decided to try it. I've been using this roller with serums, retinol, and estrogen cream. I noticed right away some plumping, and smoothness right away, like after a couple of minutes. It does wear off after a bit. I've been using this combination for several weeks now, and can say I've noticed changes that have stayed. I have no idea how often to do this. Some Dr's, and others say a couple of times a week, and that's what I've done.

I purchased this derma roller to use with minoxidil for hair regrowth. It's started out a little squeaky, but with more use, the sound has dissipated. It's great for a pain-free way to ensure a topical treatment penetrates the top layer of dermis. It's light weight and the quality is what you'd expect. I've found it to be effective in that I have noticed more new baby hairs in the past few months than I did with the treatment alone.

The quality seems nice the carrying case fits in your drawer. There’s no pain level however after you use it if you sweat or if you apply a product, you feel slight burning very easy to use. I don’t know if it’s effective for skin care. I also use it on my scalp . on the scalp you don’t have those side effects.

I’m new to micro needling, but it really does make a difference and it is worth it!
