Can I attached a 1/2 or 3/4 water hose on this?

This has a 1.5 inch female thread. You would need adapters and wouldn't get much distance out of it.

What do you mean by water hose? If you mean 1.5 inch or 2 inch, then yes it will. If you mean a garden hose, then you'll have trouble.

Can you recommend or drop a link for a tripod that works well with this sprinkler head! All of the tripods seem to come with unneeded sprinkler head!

I built one out of 2 inch pvc pipe. I formed an H at the bottom then went up in the center.
