These are by far and away the best energy gels I have had. They are not as thick as some of the others, and they taste actually very nice. The orange tastes like capri sun, and the tropical tastes like umbongo. Good slow release energy, especially when taken with some water!! Initially just used them for distance running, but have also started using them before a swim!!

Good product. Only negative can be hard to open when running and very sticky if you get it on your hands.

The gels were as advertised, tasted great as far as gels go and the liquid is quite thin, as expected based on the title.The reason I remove a star is that for some reason these packets as designed in a way that it is just impossible to get the remaining 30% of the liquid out without squeezing it in a death grip. A problem I have never had with the likes of other name brand gels

The best gel I’ve tried ! Training for a 50km they are easy to digest no problems with the stomach and a great flavour

The tropical aqua tastes absolutely horrendous first and last time trying it! Will stick with orange and berry!

I love Aqua gels, the only gel that you can actually swallow and digest easily running. This one tastes like those free cocktail shots that you get on a night out, so be warned. They do give you a 'kick' after a short time, so do the job. Won't buy this flavour again.

So bought these cus ive got a insane bike ride friday 120km thought id teat a sachet out today and go for a power ride, smashed loads of gold medals felt more powerful, now a hour later my heart is still racing, not sure if thats normal 😂😂 but they work
