When I started working from I home I didn't realize how long this would go on. I initially purchased a cute little plastic chair and after getting this chair I am actually mad that I didn't make this purchase sooner. It was easy to put together, it took me about 30 mins alone. But it is soooooo comfortable! It offers great support and I honestly notice less back pain. I was worried that the arms would prevent me from pushing the chair completely under my desk but it works perfectly. The arms allow me to rest my elbows while typing without continuous adjustments. The seat and back are wide and well cushioned. Both myself and my husband comfortablely sit in this chair. I feel like the chair is pretty sturdy. I have used it about 6 weeks and I haven't had to re-tighten any screws. I have boys and they like to use the arms to hold themselves up as I sit in the chair and I do notice a wobble when they do that. But I believe with normal use it there wouldn't be an issue.

I was very disapppointed with this chair. It is very uncomfortable. I could not sit in it for more than 10 minutes without getting lower back pain. It has very little padding and the angle of the back is not adjustable. You can get much more comfortable chairs than this for the same price. Do not waste your money on this one.

Super comfy chair. Im impressed because I was not expecting a full metal wheel base which is the spot were my cheap chair broke last time. Definitely a good purchase. For some reason the spring has started squeaking which is the reason for the 4/5 but I'm sure that something some grease could fix.

I've had a few of what I consider economy office chairs. I'm impressed with the sturdy build of this Serta. The adjustment knob under the seat works great for regulating the degree of tension while reclining. I have no illusions about the longevity of the bonded leather. I hope to get two to three years before the inevitable pealing begins, and a few more before it's an eyesore. Until then I think it will be a comfortable chair. The padding is generous, the lumbar is firm and the quality is better than expected at this price point. Assembly was simple. Not sure why some reviewers have had difficulty. A half hour job at the most.

I work remotely so it’s important to have a chair of comfort at my desk working mon-fri. In the beginning, I bought a cheap chair from Walmart and that failed to provide comfort. So I opted for this executive chair off Amazon and the comfort is amazing! It wasn’t difficult to set up neither which is a bonus! If you need a good chair, get the chair. You won’t regret it!

Fairly easy to assemble. All the parts were there!! Seat is not very comfortable. Slopes forward and hard to stay in!!!

This chair is beyond comfortable. I work from home and I primarily sit for then entire time aside from breaks and runs to the bathroom or to let my dog out. By the end of the workday, my old chair would leave me sore and stiff but this chair is so big and comfy. I had some difficulty putting it together but it was because one of the screws was not fitting into the pre-drilled holes properly and I had to force it in. But it wasn’t too much of an issue and the chair doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall apart any time soon.

I've had this chair for a few years now and I should have written a review sooner. Sadly, the chair is terrible. The upper back seat doesn't stay in a locked position (hasn't since the first few months of purchase) and it just wants to recline. That would be fine if I were looking for a reclining chair, but I'm not. I find myself now wanting to sit in my home office to work because of how uncomfortable the chair has become. Don't buy it, do your research before you spend your money.

Esta muy bien todo, pero por el precio si esperaba excelencia en funcionalidad, aun asi todo muy muy bien. Nada ha fallado es reclinable toda la silla y sin problema, es bastante comoda incluso por horas, es mas elegante en la vida real que en la foto hasta da la impresión de ser otra silla, la desviación ala derecha del asiento es de milímetros asi que en realidad es un detalle absurdo ya que después de meses se ha mantenido funcionando al 100.

Es una silla que en lo personal la mandé a pedir para estar más cómodo en mi lugar de trabajo, la encontré en menos de 2,700 y no le pido más, es muy cómoda y de buenos terminados. Llevo casi mes y medio con ella y hasta ahora todo bien
