A terrific value for the seasoned, and student
With prices soaring for larger RC airplanes, I searched on Amazon hoping to find something that met a few criteria. I wanted 4 channels, scale appearance, and the option to fly with and without stabilization. These aircraft are really well constructed and can take crash after crash with little to no damage - no, seriously. The spitfire is a beauty and doesnโt suffer from the adverse yaw effect some of the other models do. Does not like to fly slow. Tons of power and a very healthy flight time. Very pleased with my purchases. Scratched the itch. Seeing as a lot of these planes are grouped under the same review page, Iโd like to offer my opinions on the several I own. The blue and white p-51 was a little tricky at first, but flies very well. Looks very scale in the air. Check your wing after a few good crashes, like mine the glue might fail and start to detach! The Corsair was definitely the trouble child. Without stabilization it was nearly impossible to fly. The CG was in the correct place, but ultimately I had to add a nickel to the nose to make it fly great! The Mitsubishi zero offs by far the best of the series. It flies so well right off the bat. Nothing aerodynamically surprising like a few of the others. Best all around. The BF-109 was hard to fly at first. At low speeds it had severe adverse yaw effects, and requires full throttle and right rudder on takeoff . Once sufficient air is flowing around it, it smooths out quite nicely. Flies a lot like the bigger models!

Rugged. Beginners safe mode.
Iโd received a plane that had, clearly, been returned by someone whoโd kept the batteries, charger and propellers. Amazon made good, thoโ. Itโs a wonderful park flyer. Iโm getting four minute flights on a battery. Having the beginnerโs safe mode makes it a wonderful introduction to RC and its survived a few crashes with very little damage. The propellers pop off in a collision and Iโve lost more than broken. The weak link is the battery compartment and hatch; the battery is a hard fit- literally stuffing it- with its cable- into the compartment below the nose, and the cover must be forced to latch. Iโve already broken mine. But it looks good in flight.

Cheap fun
I just got home from my first flight and I canโt stop smiling. This is a fun little plane and itโs tougher than I thought a foam airplane would be. I went out fully expecting to come home with a broken plane. But it survived!! I had a few crashes. Clicked the propeller back on and kept it moving. It was windy today as well. Iโm sure that made flying more difficult than usual, but the thing wouldnโt quit. Definitely a cheap thrill. The battery lasts for about 7-10 minutes. Itโs a good design for the price. Itโs very light and fairly simple to fly. I was using the beginner setting as I am in fact a beginner. I have no complaints. Iโm actually considering buying another model to expand my collection.

Great starter plane
Great starter plane. Very very durable. I have crashed this thing so many times and have only broken two propellers. The 3 flight settings make it easy to learn on. Battery last about 10 minutes. Very fast for the size. Doesnt like excessive wind. Great value for the price

Terrible!!!
For one the transmitter is very cheap it seems like I get the plane and the receiver starts humming I tried to bind it and it never can't became a steady light I tried to rebind it unbind it it would not bind I did the throttle it throttles up but of course if you turn left the air runs go right I tried another battery did the same thing buzzing sound the receiver just kept flashing two times sequentially real quick pause and then it just never became a steady red neither did the transmitter I tried to rebind it still did not work also too the rudder there's no adjustments really it seems like it was cockeyed and the rear elevator support with falling out and the paint is peeling like you just touch it and the paint started peeling in the front off the yellow I rate this product it's definitely not worth $90 it's worth 0 to me because it doesn't work at all and like I said even the transmitter is super small and it seems very cheap you try to go left and right on the controller and it actually goes left and then it goes up like you so if you're turning left or using your rudder it's actually throttling up at the same time so if you're doing a test on it hold it or take the prop off because it's going to want to take off on you because it's almost like a u-shape testing the rudder. I rate this product is zero my opinion do not buy!!!!!

Yeah, you'll probably break it but...
If you're new to RC planes, like me, you'll have to accept that it's impossible to make an unbreakable rc plane (I initially wrote a 1 star review after breaking all 5 propellers on the first day). There's a steep learning curve, and you will most likely break it while learning, but once you overcome these issues, it's one of, if not the best, budget RC planes you could buy. Get the insurance too, so you don't lose all your money when it breaks. I can now do seemingly impossible maneuvers and stunts with this plane that still surprise me every time I fly.

Itโs not durable
First day trying it ,it broke where the propeller attaches .. try explaining that to the new 12 year old lol :/ for it to be basically 100 dollars I donโt think itโs worth it โฆ. Itโs gonna break easy and very soon

Fun Plane But Not for Beginners
Like others have said its underpowered so does not handle even the slightest bit of wind very well. Turn with the wind and you can easily stall out. Hit the ground too many times and the motor stops working. Bought two of these, neither lasted more than a couple of days. Want another (have so many spare props and batteries now) and would do it if these were $50 instead of $100. Wish they sold replacement planes or even just motors but nope, to get back in the air requires a complete new kit, radio, batteries, charger, props and everything. May buy a third, it is a fun plane. But know it wouldn't be worth $100 to fly it just for a day or two.

Remote control stopped working
The remote on this broke very quickly. As soon as the batteries ran low the controller stopped working and will not work even with new batteries. Very poor quality.
