Strange “sweetness” flavor
I’m a bit of a beef jerky “snob” and love a traditional style jerky that is dry and flavorful. This is the first time I bought this brand and while the texture is good- the flavor is NOT. It has a very strange sweetness to it - almost like a teriyaki flavor, but overly sweet and not spicy at all. Maybe I got a bad batch or something, but definitely not buying this flavor again - maybe their other flavors are better…

worth the money in my opinion especially if you like a little "heat".
i bought the "sweet heat" and while i like it, it is a bit on the hot side. a little less heat would - in my opinion - make it perfect. Bronco Billy's price is very good for the quantity imo; some companies seem to think their product is the only one on the market and charge stupid prices. i'd say if ya like a little heat this jerky is for you. i may buy some more because it's "kinda growing on me".

Delicious
Delicious. Nutritious What about making a 5 lbs bag available? It'll be easier for me to justify having to see a professional to break the habit of eating this delicious snack

Texture and chew I liked just lacked flavor.

Good flavor.
Good flavor and they aren’t too chewy. There was a lot of tiny pieces in the bag, like scraps. But overall. Can’t beat the product.

Tough and Dry
Not good, disappointed it wasn't edible. Tough and dry. I wish i could return and get a replacement.
