My mom has a prayer plant that's at least a decade old, that started going downhill when mom moved to assisted living and could no longer care for it the way she used to. I'm not good with plants but did my best trying to revive the plant for the past few years, with no luck. Finally I tried some instructions to plant in a shallower wider plastic pot with humidity tray/rocks/water underneath, and humidifier on nearby, and a bonsai sized pot seemed like just the thing (although I bought a separate larger tray to use as the humidity tray underneath, rather than the oval shaped ones that came with this set). We finally have some new healthy growth! The pic was from about a week ago and it looks even better now. I'm going to buy this exact pot and separate tray in a larger size as soon as the plant needs more room, plus more of the colored rocks. The pot and tray look nice especially with the colored rocks, and the drainage seems to be working great to get the plant just the right amount of moisture from the humidity tray. These are great. They are a very pretty assortment of stones. They add a noice color to my potted plants.

What can I say. They are just like the picture, slightly better even i think. They don't cause any problems with watering and washing them with some birdbath fountain solution will postpone any algae build-up that might happen over time. They look great in all my Christmas Cactuses.

Theae pebbles are great. They are beautiful. Works great in my little plant incubator. Now I just need to get some more.

They’re rocks and they’re nice. Just make sure to understand just how small this package is. Maybe a quart size at best. But, that’s my fault. They’re rocks, they do the job lol.

Lovely, smooth pebbles in gorgeous colors. Arrived nice and clean and dust-free, so no need to wash first. The 1lb size was the perfect amount to fill a shallow, 6.75-inch square plant saucer, to keep the pot from sitting in any water that I hadn't sufficiently drained in the sink after watering. These pebbles are great for potted plants that shouldn't be sitting in any residual water after draining just-watered plants. But they're also useful for plants like orchids that benefit from a shallow water tray beneath their pots to create a more humid/moist environment. I just wish my pot's matching saucer was a little larger relative to the size of its pot, to allow more of the stones to show around the sides, as the colors of the stones are so beautiful. Will be ordering more to put in other plant saucers, and maybe just to put in a decorative clear glass covered container to show off their sheer beauty. I have a friend who has a couple of vases of attractive faux flowers, and while not a fan of faux flowers myself, I have to admit that the ones she has are lovely. She puts them in clear vases with decorative stones as a base for the stems, which stabilizes them and adds more visual interest to the clear vases. It think these colorful stones would be lovely for that purpose.

These are the perfect addition for my little fountain on our covered porched. I used them, mixed with diatomaceous earth pebbles in a plant saucer, for the fountain to sit on & also put them in the little planter on the top. Pretty colors.
