This is a great quality, well priced fibre product. No funny smells or tastes. Mine came in a slightly different packaging but all other info checks out. The capsules are a reasonable size and go down easily with a but of water. I would say that it has improved my digestion, but make sure you drink plenty of water! The first few days I felt a bit bloated. The instructions say to take two with a meal but I find it better to take one in the morning and one in the evening to stay regular!

Great product, looks after your digestive system

Supplementing gut health with psyllium in non pill form is just awful, so these pills are great, and a good dosage unlike what is common. The casing dissolves quickly so do not leave it long in your mouth, and be sure to drink a lot of water with it to saturate it. No taste, simple to take and great value compared to lower MG tablets.

Was starting to think they was not working then bam…they worked. Takes a few days but they work!!

An easy to take supplement. Ideal for those who need to increase their fibre intake.Do remember to take with lots of water to get the full effect.I find these to be helpful with my overactive bowel, the fibre does bulk everything out and slow it down.2 tablets a day = 45 days worth for £9.99 is a good price.
