Our product ranges include Fencing Landscaping Gardening Ironmongery Forestry & Viticulture Ground Reinforcement TR Mesh is a ground reinforcement solution for protecting existing grassed areas from excessive footfall, animal movements, bikes and wheelchairs. The mesh can also be used to give structure to slopes up to 25 degrees to allow grass or vegetation to become established. We offer the GR in two different grades and with steel fixing pins for installation. TR3 | 1m x 10m, 2m x 10m, 2m x 30m TR4 | 1m x 10m, 2m x 10m, 2m x 30m The Turf Reinforcement Mesh visually disappears once the grass grows through and helps to provide a protective layer which reduces grass wear, rutting and damage. The mesh works by intertwining roots of the grass, spreading weight loads and creating a stronger base. Overview of Installation Prior to installation, the grass needs to be cut short to ensure the plastic mesh lays tightly against the ground for the swiftest entanglement of grass roots and mesh Unroll the mesh and let it relax for an hour to reduce any undulations in the mesh The pins are best placed at 300mm along the edges of the rolls and 600mm through the centre. On the edge, the pins can either pin across to the next roll or along the rim when laying a trackway When installing the rolls next to each other or in a row, the edges of the adjacent rolls should be overlapped by 100mm. Pin through the mesh at the overlap so each rolls is joined to each other The TR3 Reinforcement Mesh is typically used for stabilising mesh under rubber mats, light use pedestrian paths, free range chicken grass protection, small to medium dog protection. TR4 is more suited for light use overflow car parks, pedestrian walkways, soil stabilisation, light use verge parking, preventing dog damage and temporary car parks.

Review: Fabulous product - Got this as was thinking of getting fake grass as having two puppies ...the grass was getting very patchy more mud than grass.This was easy to put down ,use the pins even spaced...you can mower over it and after few short weeks you cant see the mesh but the grass is now restored and it is now looking beautiful again..worth every penny

Got this as was thinking of getting fake grass as having two puppies ...the grass was getting very patchy more mud than grass.This was easy to put down ,use the pins even spaced...you can mower over it and after few short weeks you cant see the mesh but the grass is now restored and it is now looking beautiful again..worth every penny

Ok 1st off. Order got lost. Long story short, supplier replaced it a week later. The pictures speak for themselves. (still got a few patches of grass missing, but that’s down to my seeding). The matting itself is really easy to put down but you need 3 times the amount of pins to secure it. But it really has worked wonders, the dogs have stopped digging and when they go outside and it’s raining the grass is no longer turning to in to mud. plus their paws are not so muddy. One dog has had a nibble at it but a few tickings off seem to have stopped him, also it’s not so visible now. If you have kids/Dogs that turn the grass in to a mud bath, I would recommend trying this stuff, it’s done what i needed it to. Only wish i’d of done it sooner.
