In fact I would guess they were manufactured in the same facility under different brand names. For whatever reason this one is sagging in the middle a little bit. I mistakenly through the old reel out because the wheel portion was broken. I didn't realize until I went shopping the next season then I could replace just that portion. I bought this real out of frustration for lack of a better cover solution. If you search long enough you will see some really innovative solutions in Europe.
