Good product, no stinging eyes which I always had with the elemis cleansing balm I had used for a long time. Packaging looks cheap but do not jusdgr a book by its cover as the product is easy to use, melts makeup and cleanses well, leaves the skin soft and with no tightness. Now a repeat purchase item.

This product really is great. Only a small amount needed, rub into skin and it melts away all make up even waterproof mascara. I use this with reusable face pads and it makes my skin feel lovely. Im a big fan of the Elf products and the cost isnt as expensive as major retailers but works better than most of them.

It really does melt off your makeup. It doesn't sting your eyes. Now the reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because if it does get in your eyes your vision goes cloudy. VERY cloudy. It doesn't hurt but it was pretty concerning because I thought it was blinding me (it didn't). Just rinse your eyes with water for a few minutes and your vision will slowly come back.

I love this stuff. It removes make up in a breeze. It is like a thick balm which you melts with the warmth of your hand and you rub all over your face, it removes mascara too. Just wash off with warm water. It is better to use a flannel or soft face cloth with warm water. It makes my face feel clean and fresh. Highly recommended

Clean well removes mackup with ease no irritation

I love this cleansing balm!!! First time ive ever used it but it removed my makeup with such ease and did a better job than my makeup remover has ever done. Its super easy to use + doesn't smell like chemicals on the same level as others do- It kind of just smells like vaseline. My skin didn't react negatively to this product either and instead i was left with super soft skin that felt clean and smooth. Definitely worth the money and will 100% be reinvesting in a bigger tub.

Lo adoro, è meraviglioso, tanto che l’ho consigliato davvero a tutte le persone che conosco e chiunque abbia deciso di comprarlo ne è rimasto più che soddisfatto. La texture è morbida, scioglie anche il trucco waterproof, ma è al tempo stesso molto delicato. Non appanna e non brucia gli occhi e la pelle resta morbida e idratata, non tira mai dopo il lavaggio nonostante io abbia una pelle tendenzialmente secca e sensibile. Mon démaquillant préféré après tant de produits testés ! Il enlève absolument toutes les traces de maquillage même les plus rebelles, ne pique pas les yeux, ne graisse pas la peau. C’est un must have !
