Amazing and so easy to use, as long as you have a partner to get the sore spots on your back, but honestly I've used this on leg pain, neck pain, foot pain. It just works well and I've loved it.

I never leave reviews but this thing got a knot out my shoulder blade I’ve been struggling with for years. I’ve been going to massage therapists and even to chiropractors. Blessing. Literally loosened it up on first use by the way on the second level. I then stretched out my shoulders and back. Definitely recommend.
