Very nice quality a great addition to your falooda's and lemonades. It's a natural body coolant. nIt swells up in matter of 5 minutes. Love it. Pure and authentic.

Must soak to prevent digestive issues.
Great quality, very satisfied. I learned an important lesson which is, like Chia Seeds, Basil seeds require 30 minutes of soaking in water. I personally mix it into cups of Kefir and I have an instant energy and digestive boost.

The best basil seeds
I've been using basil seeds for my IBS. Have used many brands. I soak 2 tsp about an hour or two in a glass of water, before dinner. They all swell, but these swell much much more. So much, that 2 tsp in a glass of water, become almost a solid blob ! So, instead of 2 tsp, I now soak only 1 tsp, but that is only for this brand. Other brands, I still soak 2 tsp. Excellent !!!
