These are great period underwear for those days when you want a little extra protection. I personally wear them as a backup with a tampon, so I can’t speak to how well they handle a full flow on their own, but they’ve been excellent for preventing leaks. They’re very comfortable, soft, and honestly feel like regular underwear—they don’t have that bulky “diaper” feeling that some period underwear can have. The material is soft and well made. They’re not the most breathable underwear I’ve ever worn, but that’s a tradeoff I’m happy to make for the added protection. I sized up based on other reviews, and the fit was perfect. They fit like a brief with plenty of full coverage in the back and sit around mid-waist, which I find comfortable and secure. Overall, I’m very happy with them and definitely plan on ordering more. I wanted to wait until I gave these 2 cycles and put them through the wash. I'm so happy with these and I'm never going back to pads. I feel so comfortable, held, and secure. No leaks, comfortable sleep and easy to wash. When I put them on, it didn't feel like I was wearing an awkward diaper that chafed. They felt so comfortable. I didn't leak once. Once I was done, I ran then through the cold water in the bathtub to pre rinse before throwing them in the washing machine. Came out great and no problems on the next use. I did end up buying another set from another brand for the lighter days, but I'm so happy I found these.

It’s not been 8 months since I switched to this underwear during my period, and I will never go back to tampons unless I’m at the beach or in an extreme workout where a tampon would be easier. Since then, my period has decreased from 5/6 days to 2/3 days, and a MAJOR decrease in my cramps. I now own 12 pairs. On my heavy days, I switch them out often (every 2-3 hours). I have never had a leak, they don’t feel like wearing pads, and I quite often forget I’m wearing it at all. Ladies, it’s worth every penny. Make the switch. When I am at work, I bring a wet bag (purchased from Etsy) and a clean pair and switch out the dirty pair with the clean pair, and keep them in the wet bag till I get home to wash them. I keep 3 wet bags and 3 clean pair on me during my heaviest days when I’m out of the house all day. They have held up perfectly in the wash, but I do line dry them. For reference, I’m 5” and 160lbs and wear a large.

Before even wearing these, there is a weird plastic odor to them. If you're not flowing, they smell odd-once they have been worn, it seems to dissipate. Not a deal breaker for myself - I have an above-average smell for some things, which is why I use fragrance-free detergent which would likely mask smells for others. The people I also purchased them for have no complaints. They are comfortable and do not appear to leak. I think these would be best for overnight as the pad goes straight up the backside, however, you may not like the reduction in curviness. I had a hard time with that at first, but got used to it with the right fitting (tight) jeans. I would absolutely buy more if one of us needed replacement.

If you have a heavy flow, DO NOOOTTTTT get this. This is only for the light flow girlies and my flow isn’t even all that heavy tbh. So imagine someone who has a really heavy flow.A PAD has more absorption than these panties. I’m lowkey disappointed honestly and then I bought 2 thinking they were reliable enough for my cycle.. they are comfortable to wear though and soft just not that reliable where it actually counts. It WILL leak through if you know your flow isn’t anything but light, you’ve been warned.

Give you the protection you need especially on heavy days. They look very big but fit comfortably. So it’s okay to order your size. Don’t size up like I did. I also wear them with a pad as recommended. These definitely come in handy.

I'm going through perimenopause and I keep on bleeding through whatever I'm wearing at night. I'm still using sanitary napkins but I am using these panties to prevent the bleed throughs and it's working amazingly. Side note if your pelvic floor isn't strong and you pee yourself a little when you laugh or do jumping jacks or try to exercise or whatever... I recommend putting on these panties before going to the gym. Very helpful. They fit true to size. And do a good job covering front to back . The fabric isn't that breathable not good for daily use. But great for a situations that require something like this. Very well made. And worth the $15 I spent. Wish I had them sooner... It would have saved my sheets.

Why did I wait so long to try period panties ? It's life changing !! The absorbency is perfect for my period, I don't have a very heavy flow except for like 1 day. I slept and went on my day with these and never had a leak. Will repurchase to get more for every day !

They felt uncomfy at first because I have sensory issues and they’re obviously thicker at the absorbent part but once I got used to them, I loved 🫶🏼 felt super secure and irritate much less than pads. Hopefully they last!
