This is ok. I honestly thought it would be creamer. It’s ok as a sweetener though, but it doesn’t get me the energy that you would think Mudwater normally gives.

Looks like sludge at the end of drink, does NOT blend
Clump in bottom of mug, even after using a frothing to break up! Not anywhere as sweet as sugar or other sweetener! Save your money!

Does not Dissolve Well
This is not plain coconut sugar. It is mixed with another type of sugar that comes from a plant. The taste is similar to coconut sugar. My issue with this product is not the level of sweetness or taste, both were fine for me. The issue is that it did not dissolve well. I used it for my latte and I mixed it with my handheld frother/mixer tool. I didn't notice immediately it was not dissolved, so when my drink was not sweet enough, I added a little more of this sugar. When I finished my drink, I noticed a lot of the sugar had settled to the bottom. I am surprised since my drink was very hot and I mixed it well. I would suggest making sure that this sugar has completely dissolved before adding more to your drink and mix extremely well.
