So far I'm happy with the generator. It was easy to start up, even in cold weather. It was much quieter then the last one we used. In the cold it would stop running without load in eco mode, but if their was a load to keep it revving or I turned off the eco mode it was fine. My only complaint so far is it doesn't have a fuel shutoff valve so you can't run the carburetor dry and must open the service panel to drain it. They provide a tube for this, but adding a shutoff valve would have been better.

Additionally, the peace of mind knowing we have a reliable secondary power source in case of generator failure is truly invaluable.An Update on Performance: After about 20 hours of use, I encountered starting difficulties and a rough running engine. Troubleshooting led me to a simple solution of replacing the factory spark plug with a higher-quality NGK plug, instantly resolving the issue and restoring smooth operation. The generator now starts reliably with just a couple of pulls, demonstrating its dependability in times of need.

I'm sorry for the late response was very, very ill, but trying to return the equipment I was told I could not because of the oil and gasoline even though if I ended out for some reason it would not stay sorted for a period of time.

I bought this generator to use during extended power outages or camping and it is reasonably lightweight and easy to carry around and seems fairly well built. My comments are. - it's somewhat loud when in standard mode, the advertised decibel figure is when in eco mode which can't handle some loads. - I ended up wasting half a quart of full synthetic as while the types of oil you can use are earlier I'm the booklet as well as the steps for filling it the first time, it mentions several pages later to NOT use full synthetic for the break in period, which really should be disclaimed several pages earlier in the oil fill instructions.... - The startup process is fairly simple although a quick check list card or sticker for those of us who will infrequently use it would have been nice....

This is my favorite lil generator. we also have the next two larger models in same brand / series and they are all awesome. whisper quiet! Only negative: takes a few hard pulls to get started and is hesitant to restart if you shut it off then go to restart right away but it always restarts. Takes several aggressive rips on the pullcord. Maybe an electric start model next go around.

easy assembly and starts perfect was looking for a small powerful generator to take in my trailer for my Racing trips and this unit has lite weight convenience and power for all my needs works and starts great.

The generator is pretty great. The delivery wasn’t. Should have been here 12/22. Arrived 12/31.
