My Doggoz Love them!
I'm a big fan of single ingredient pet treats! I like to know what my dog is putting in there body. I've been purchasing from king lou for few yrs now. I highly recommend if you care about your doggos. 💯

Can’t live without them!
My dog has so much more vitality/energy since being introduced to these Beef Liver Bites. He was previously always lethargic. He overall seems to be feeling his best! I cannot recommend these enough! Thank you King Lou! ❤️

So so product, small bag, expensive
This is a 4 oz bag, very little product inside. The freeze dried beef is comparable to other brands. Not impressed with the product, especially considering the cost. I would not recommend this brand.

Great treat but expensive
These freeze dried beef liver treats from King Lou arrived fresh and in good condition. I buy freeze dried treats often for my dog and I found the quality of these to be excellent in terms of both how they look and how much my dog enjoyed them. That being said, the price per ounce is more expensive than even some of the boutique brands that aren't sold on Amazon. I was able to stretch the bag by cutting the treats into smaller pieces with scissors. As much as my dog likes these treats, I am reluctant to order them again because I can find another brand of freeze dried beef liver for far less.

It’s only 4oz
This very blatantly tells you this is a 1lb bag. However if you read it more closely 1lbs pre-dehydration/freeze drying. It doesn’t tell you what that amounts to, so I’ll tell you: this is actually a 4oz bag, the same size as the smallest sized bag of dog treats sold at the pet store. Currently, this is $25… which I was fine with when I read the 1lb part but again, that’s actually pre-freeze drying and that means the bag itself is a little shy of a quarter of that weight. It will optimistically last me a few days of training. As an additional note after reading glowing reviews on a single advertising gimmick, “human grade” is a term thrown around in the dog food industry that is poorly regulated and not backed by science. Your dog does not need food that has been processed by human food handling regulations — after all, when was the last time you met a human eager to eat freeze dried raw beef liver or drink out of a communal bowl they just dropped a muddy tennis ball into. It’s important to know where your dog food and treats are sourced from, but the “human grade” claim alone is too poorly regulated to carry much weight. Do not buy these for the “human grade” claim alone. That said, the treats themselves are fine. I just find the advertising of the product weight deceptive enough to demerit the product.
