Color Super Pink Depositing Mask, Hair Dye, 8 Fl Oz

I really like the blue/purple of this dye. My hair is white/Gray and a lot of dyes (even permenant ones) don't do well with gray hair. I hadn't heard of this brand and it's a bit pricier than some but I couldn't resist the colour. I did about half the length of my short hair on the whole top of my hair. This left all the ends purple with white underneath. The effect came out very well, and the dye shifts from dark blue to dark purple depending on the light. The whole process takes me about 15 minutes to do by myself. It rinses out well, not leaving colour residue on my pillows. It lasted a good 4-6 weeks and I wash my hair almost every morning. The colour does fade a little with repeated washing, but using products that help seal the colour did a lot to minimize that. This stuff is gentle on the hair. Since it's a demi/semi permement, you don't need developer which damages your hair. My hair stayed soft and easy to manage even after repeated re-application over and over for months. You also don't need to cake it on. Granted, my hair is short, but this will easily last me a couple of years with just one tub. Shoulder or mid back length could easily get 10 or 15 applications if you did all of your hair.

As a hair mask this does wonders to previously bleached and heat damaged hair. Hair feels more moisturized and behaves when styling. The color of the super red came out a bit more berry red than I wanted so when I redid my color I used a whole super red and added half of the orange color. This combo gave me the red I desired. I have hip length decently thick hair, bleached to id say a level 3 towards my ends and 5-6 near my roots. On my natural hair I did see some pigment deposited. Very happy and I believe worth it for the amount and price. After about 10 washes my hair has faded to a dull red coper. Very pleased with how long it has lasted. It WILL stain your skin, bath mats, sink, shower, shower curtain, towels and pillow case. So if you dont wish your good stuff be forever stained, use dark or easily forgotten about pillow cases and towels.

This is an amazing hair dye! It's very easy to apply and smells so good! The smell stays in your hair for a bit too (smells like a nice men's cologne). The red is such a beautiful colour (depending on what colour your hair is my hair is in between a light and dark blonde) the red came out as a deep red burgundy and fades very nicely! You can get multiple uses out of one jar (depending of length of hair of course mine is a little past shoulder length and I only did my ends). Little to no damage to my hair and the colour lasts quite a while!

I’m someone whose dye her hair so much with different brands of hair dye but to be honest this has been the one that’s given the best results and has lasted the longest. Long Story: It been some years since I last dye my hair any color and/or bleached it. So I went to my hairstylist to get a color retouch in July after a month as the blue color she used faded easily and turned greenish due to mixing the blue color with a bit of aqua in it (or could be wrong ) but was turning green I’m not sure how or what brand she used. After the retouch two weeks later the color was fading again and when I have colored her I try my best to wash it every other day, use cold water, and correct type of shampoo but it did not last. Now to be honest I’ve been a fan of Brad for a very long time and recently have been playing him at home when working. Which is how I decide to give this a shot. So I put it for the first time for 20 minutes which after the wash looked pretty good but still some places where green but barely noticeable. I did have to dye again a week later and has really caught on my hair. I did leave it for longer for about 30 minutes. And it been about a little more than three weeks and honestly it’s still stuck. My hair has faded to green yet and the blue is still blueing . Moral of the story: give it a try. It has enough for more than one retouch if you want to recolor over preexisting green/blue coloring. It does leave hair feeling nice. Does not stain the tub and after a few rinses doesn’t stain clothes. I recommend the first few washes to dry hair well before putting any white clothes or sleeping on light color sheets.

I’m someone who has been using semi-permanent dyes (mostly pink, but also orange, purple, and red on occasion) for decades now. So I know they work best on a light blonde starting base, cold water, etc etc. Recently I tried to use another brand’s periwinkle because I wanted to still have a not so natural color, but I wanted to go to something lighter that would blend in better as I get more grays. The pink I had been using (IroIro Neon Pink) would not come all of the way out and the periwinkle wouldn’t take. So I decided to move onto a different pink that might fade better. My 6 year old picked this Purple + Pink Shift for me. I watch Brad’s videos, I why not? Attached is my starting color, day one, and after 3 shampoos. The pros: - It left my hair feeling nice (though to be fair most semi-permanent dyes do that) - The color was so pretty. My hubby walked in while I was dying it and because some of my head was in a natural light and some not, he asked me if it was purple or pink — so yeah it does look different in different lights. - Big container that is full to the brim and easy to get out. So many other colors are much smaller AND in containers where you will never get all of the dye out. Cons: - The price - it is much spendier than any dye I have used before. That said you do get more than any other one I’ve bought and I used much less to coat my hair well. - The biggest con is longevity, which is to say it doesn’t last nearly as long as any other semi-permanent brand I’ve tried and I’ve tried a LOT of them. If you’re someone who changes your hair color a lot, this could be a pro. For me, I am lazy and want it to last, my faded picture was after 3 shampoos. No other semi-permanent pink (or purple) has ever faded that quickly and almost completely that fast. Overall? Great color. I was worried about fragrance as someone with eczema and migraines that can be trigged by fragrances, but this one triggered neither. A little goes a long way so if, like me you have shorter hair, this could last a while even if you have to redo it every few weeks — of if you have longer hair, this tub will probably be enough. If you want to change your color often, it’s worth it. If you want longevity? Look elsewhere.

This stuff is insane. First off, wear gloves. I thought, eff it ill just put it on with my hands. Wrong choice. My hands are permanently red now! I will say, the water will never run clear and so I would blow dry your hair so you dont stain your sheets. The color is so strong though! We didnt even leave it on the full 20 minutes (probably closer to 15) and the color was intense. I will be transparent and say that this was to re-saturate the red of a salon dyed fashion red color so these are results of there already being established color. Im unsure how this product would work on natural color or just bleached hair. I would recommend for anyone else with the same starting point though. Just be sure to use gloves, wear clothes you dont mind ruining, and have bleach handy to clean your tub because this stuff dyed mine pink.

Loved the color. It wasn’t as intense as I thought it would be but still pretty. Didn’t last. I do have white hair. Not for that. Unless you want it to fade quickly. I have tried others that last longer. Nothing will last a long time in white hair as far as I have tried so far. In the second photo you can see a bit of the previous color that was still there. But the blue is nowhere to be found

AMAZING PRODUCT BUT I definitely didn’t get 3 uses out of the bowl. I was expecting to have atleast a little left over since I have heavily layered curly hair. Half of my hair is at my collar bone and half is around chin length, and I have bangs. I barely was able to fully cover my head. I had a thick horitonzal section left when the container was nearly empty. I had to put conditioner in to have a little more to cover it with a random lighter pink. Other than that the color is absolutely gorgeous I love it and my hair has never felt better. Even before doing two full bleaches, my virgin curls felt worse than they do now after xmondo’s mask. My hair is so soft and my curls have fully come back. I thought I fried my hair after my second bleach but this hair mask saved me!! Completely beginner friendly as I never have done this before and the thick texture is so easy to apply. Also it smells so good! Perfect product, definitely worth the price! The first picture is the base before coloring, a warm mix of a level 8 and 9. You do not need to be a toned level 10 to have this bright color.

did not work at all on my black hair

I was super excited to try Xmondo Super Purple. It did not disappoint! Nice rich tone. I been using another temporary color for the past two years and had nothing but issues with it coming out. So I will probably put an update after a few weeks when it starts to fade for now I loved how easily it covered. How good it smells like a salon clean fresh scent. I even used it on my two granddaughters to give their gorgeous red hair a mermaid look ends and a money piece. They are over the moon with how vibrant it turned out on their hair. I took a photo inside and outside in the sunlight. Update bought my second jar of it. Which last a while. The color is more vibrant on my bleached areas and softer and more subtle on the darker areas. I'm obsessed with the turn out of the color as it fades too.
