During the training process, this was the best thing I could’ve ever bought to protect my floors. I got my dog later on not as a puppy, and he was not potty trained, and he was not neutered when I got him as well so he was used to lifting his leg. This has been a lifesaver of cleaning up. I also have the plastic underneath it put the potty pads on top of that come home to no mess just the potty pads to pick up other than that. He is potty trained when I get home only when I’m gone work for hours at a time and he can’t hold it Definitely would recommend if you’re having issues and always having to clean up with a dog that lifts their leg when they urinate

Horrible and cheaply made. No instructions were included to assemble and the rubber bottom is warped and does not contain the pee or poop.

Even it says frequently return item, I took the risk. And I'm so glad I did. My 4lbs Maltese use the balcony to go potty when is too hot or raining outside, and even though he uses the pads, sometimes his target is off and missed the mark when peeing.This system, although small, is perfect for him. He immediately raise his little leg inside the enclosure and for the first time he was happy to pee in the balcony. I changed the pads every two days or so, and cleaning is so easy. No more mopping the floor. I only use a vinegar solution to clean the panels.This idea is brilliant. It should come in different sizes, though, so other dogs parents can benefit too.

The high walls frame is smaller than the tray. So you need to remove it to change pads.

I feel the product if fine. I have got my little dog to use it . The size was great,I thought it would be to small. It was perfect.

Use it in the bathroom for my dog, I re-arrange it all the time and its super easy to clean. My dog immediatly understoodhow to use it.

Doesn't connect well and there's gaps for the pee to spray between. Not really worth the pri e if your dog lifts it's leg to pee
