Very easy to install and set up. Operating instructions a bit sparse, timings for the different programmes would have been useful but that said it is easy enough to operate and washes well and is very quiet. The measurements given are a bit misleading as no allowance given for the door and pipes at the back. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Good stuff, despite it being pre-owned. Works perfectly fine and connects to the Samsung Smart things.

Washing machine is awesome love watching the display dance around the led screen it also works awesome and the spin dry dries it pretty much so it comes out nearly dry so doesnt need to be out drying so long.

This is, without question, the best washing machine I’ve ever had. The variety of programmes together with the choices within them for spin speed, temperature and ease of ironing means every need is catered for. It is super-quiet until the cycle is finished when it plays you a tune which you find yourself humming but in fairness you can mute it. The quick wash cycle is 15 mins but this is lengthened a little by your spin speed and water temperature choices but not by much and is adequate for most purposes to be honest. It was next day delivery by courier and a cinch to install and on registering with Samsung we got a free upgrade to a 5 year warranty. What’s not to love!

This is a lovely machine, it's really quiet while on, to the point I had to check that it was actually working. However it is a bit noisy when it spins. The drum has alot of room to do a big washAs it's touch screen you have to be careful you don't touch it in passing as it will pause your wash.It has many different programmes to choose from and even a 15 minute wash. Which im sure will come in handy for certain items of clothing. I did find when trying this wash out, I had to spin it again as the items still had alot of water in them.I was kept up to date on my delivery. And the team who delivered and installed my machine, as well as take my old one away, were really polite and helpful.I am happy with this machine so far and feel it is good value for money.

I love my new Samsung washing machine. It’s so quiet and I love how easy it is to use. I would highly recommend this washing machine. I paid for installation and removal of my old washing machine and Paul and Andy who did this were great. 5 stars to them!

It’s absolutely fantastic and it’s lovely to have a working washing machine again well worth the money and I love the fact I don’t have to to keep checking it to see when the cycle is finished because it plays music really happy with it and it looks fabulous in my kitchen

Good item but do not pay for installation.Amazon will send absolute cowboys. They arrived with no tools and said they do not have time for installation unless it's a simply plug in. So they watched me do some of the installation whilst they were watching tiktoks then had the audacity to take pictures to prove they installed it. They removed some of the parts and took them along with the spanner so I can no longer adjust the height. Amazon says speak to Samsung but Samsung say that's amazon's issue, they just make the machine and have no dealing with how bad the installers are, whuch is totally fair.The installers also forgot to remove a bolt which locks the drum in place so when we turned it one for the first time it started to violently shake.
