Terrible product. Really misleading advertising - this heat pad ...
Terrible product. Really misleading advertising - this heat pad only heats the glass its adhered to to about 25 - 28 degrees C. it by no means will heat a terrarium - you wont even feel heat coming from this - it doesnt even reach human body temp. heat wave?complete BS would return it - but once i peel it off the glass it will be destroyed. avoid this

This heat mat gives out no heat at all! There is no way it could heat up substrate, I followed previous reviewers advice and stuck it to the side of tank. Its still cold. I purchased this as I have recently bought a bigger tank and thought I'd need more heat for my Gargoyle Gecko (I have one heat mat already on the other side of the tank ,a different type, and it gives out a lot more heat than this. Also very annoyingly it comes with a two pin plug, which could've been mentioned in the description!

Great for humid vivs
This is an excellent product, keeps the substrate nice and warm, easy to fit with no problems at all, I have had the product for some time now for my crested gecko, when i soak the substrate it warms and provides essential humidity

Terrible.
With thermometer and thermostat, it doesn't reach it's maximum temperature. Only one small area seems to warm up on the heat mat, so doesn't provide much heat for the vivarium. With thermostat set to 30 degrees, digital thermometer only ever picks up 18 degrees max. As for the size of the mat, literally only a small area warms up. Perhaps i received a faulty one? Not sure.

no heat
If I didn't know the heat mat was plugged in I would think it wasn't working. The heat it emits is so very very very minimal it hasn't raised the temperature at all and my tank is only a 5 gallon one. Very disappointed with it, if I had tested it before sticking it to my tank I would be asking for a refund, definitely not worth the money.

Easy to install
Easy to install, perfectly does the job, however do not expect too high temperature, 25 C max. Perfect for phasmids. Great stuff.
