Ninja Woodfire Pro Connect XL Electric BBQ Grill, Blue & Black OG901UKAMZ

I purchased this in prime day event as reduced I have just used it once. Went the whole hog (pardon the pun) and made a smoked pulled pork. Used the ninja pellets that came with it plus some barbecue rub. I have paired the grill to my phone which was easy to do. The smell from the smoking meat was amazing. Cocked up the timings a bit as recipe I used was American and they were using massive joints of pork. The pork was ready a bit too early but not bad at all for first attempt I roasted some potatoes using the roasting setting as good if not better than the oven and quicker. I think I am going to cook a Sunday roast in it this week. Wish I had bought a trolley as would be easier to move it to the shade. I am so happy with this purchase.

Simply fantastic bit of kit. Easy to use, the food that's cooked on it tastes great when used with the smoker pellets. It's on its second winter left out in the garden (under a cover of course) and still looks like new. Very impressed with this grill.

Very good piece of equipment. Ninja have given a lot of thought to this product. Smoker a breeze easy to use and does the job extremely well. App easy to use tells you when to add food and if required to turn over food (flip). And when done as well. Very easy to use main part and lots of choice with menu only downside: can't put griddle and basket in dishwasher but it is easy to clean in the sink. It's seems a bit Americanizes with temperature and wording but easy to setup how you want food cooked. Will post photos when I have time in-between cooking. So impressed with Ninja equipment I purchased the foodi 10-1 for indoor cooking.

Absolutely love our Ninja Pro connect. We can use WiFi and watch on an app as our smoker works. Definitely worth a purchase.

As with other Amazon customers I didn’t receive the extra items as described their advert. When I called customer service at Amazon, their representative told me to contact the manufacturers Ninja as it was their fault. when I informed him that Amazon are the retailer and I purchased the product from them not the manufacturer he told me I should pack the item up and return it for a refund ,I was amazed at his lack of interest but now it makes sense, the discounted rate Amazon where charging for the product + the cost of the extras wold be over £ 150 off the list price and a big loser for them, that is why it went out of stock so quickly (they withdrew it). After some quibbling with customer service they granted a £68 part refund which goes some way to paying for the extras which if purchased via Amazon costs around £70+ uk pounds. I also spoke with Ninja and the answer was it was Amazons fault not theirs.

Fantastic product, it does get a few looks from neighbours who will question whether it’s a “BBQ”…but when it cooks with such ease they’re soon won over! The functions are great, being able to control it from the app is fantastic. It guarantees how things are cooked every time, I’m not sure we’ve used all the functions yet, but would highly recommend it, if you’re thinking about buying one…do it you won’t regret it!

This product is expensive no doubt about it, however the build quality is amazing, it seems they thought of everything and it is very easy to keep clean which we all know is probably one of the worst things about a BBQ. I have used the smoker setting the most so far and only very minimal use of the grill feature. It is simple to use and the app is great, you can be smoking a Beef Brisket and sat in the house monitoring the temps so you know it's going to be perfect when you go out to check on it.
