I’ve been using these water filters for some time and have had no problems with them they seem to work great. I really like the water fountain . I clean it about once every two weeks but change the filter every few months. The filters and the machine are easy to clean. I use filtered water in the machine itself . I have a zero pitcher I use to filter my own water. And use it for my cats water also. I would definitely recommend this product.

First time to try something non-brand but cheaper price. But found out this morning after a month. Never happened this before with the PETKIT own brand filter…. Kinda disappointed and scared me!!!

These work great and collect all the cat hair and odds and ends that cats wear to the fountain. There isn't any difficulty in placing the filter inside. The size and design are perfect. Very strong and durable.

These are a perfect fit for the PetKit fountain at half the price of the OEM product.

These work much better than the originals. I can make it almost 2 weeks between changes with 3 cats. The noise level of the fountain very minimal. It’s very easy to put together and easy to clean. I like the level of water is easy to see. It’s very durable most of the time although our big Maine coon has been able to unscrew the top when it ran it of water.
