Great catio!
Great catio for the price!!! Easy to put together. Only tedious part was attaching all the zip strips. We have a double one on our back porch at home & connected it to a pet door so the cats can go in & out when they want. We close door at night. We also have one on our RV (Happy Campurrr) porch. We travel with it on the RV porch & it holds up amazingly. Just a few things I wish were a little better: Better coating, some of the coating on the grates are pitting & getting rusty. Wish the zipties were BLACK instead of white to see less of. Wish shelf/roof material was made of pet screening or a material that would drain through instead of pooling water. Really this is well worth it's money. Happy with this purchase!

Fairly easy setup
Nice enclosure, putting it together was fairly easy if you pay attention to detail and I suggest the you tube video. I would suggest buying better zipties, the ones that are provided are not strong at all.

Ridiculous to assemble
OMG this thing is crazy to put together. Instructions are terrible. Everything connects with a zillion zip ties. Took me and another person about 6 hours to assemble.

Most important to know is it works ! The cats fit and are happy. The vertical space is great !
I got this to help with our 7 5 month old rescue kittens . They have outgrown their tent playpen that we use when they aren’t being supervised . Our 3 big boy house cats thought it was for them. Everyone loves it. We got a small cat tree for one side and there is room for a small litter box and food on the bottom. I hope this will hold up for awhile because it is so loved already. The shelves seem durable and fine for kittens. The big cats maybe not longer term. 5 days in , so far so good. The cats and kittens spend time in it even when the doors are open. It looks daunting to put together but it was fine. We also had lots of ‘helpers’. We used the zip ties provided. It would look better with black zip ties. I would recommend that. The door latches are fine so far but we will probably add a clip or something because these guys open everything eventually. The metal is sturdy and there are supports that hold the shelves that you cannot really see in the pictures. The size is fine for kittens and cats. I am only concerned that my fat cats will wear it out before it’s time. It is solid and doesn’t tip over or push back and forth and it does come with squares for the floor. You can place the doors where you want them. I looked at all kinds of enclosures and the amount of money for this was comparable to others like it. The cats are happy and kittens content. Also : there was trouble with shipping and it was damaged and sent back before it was delivered. The communication about this was ok and lots of waiting to find out if I should reorder or if they were sending a replacement. They ended up refunding me and I reordered. That was quick. The delay and damage the first time I am sure was the air traffic glitch in early November. As it turns out it is fine. We are loving it.

Assembly
Ok so the is tedious to put together, but if you take your time, it goes together very well! We also zip tied it in many places to sturdy it up even more! We did however use Black Zip ties versus the white ones given with black metal! Didn't get that but whatever! Also the plastic locks for the doors are a joke! We purchased metal spring loaded locks to secure the doors where we put them... Like I said, its tedious, but the unit is very cool! We purchased separate beds for each landing used and its great... Much more room in a vertical area...

Easier than I thought!
Holy catio. Easier than I thought to put together considering the reviews. That said, it was a bit daunting at first. If you like puzzles this should be easy for you to figure out. Tips: 1) Really check out the connectors. They connect the pieces in multiple ways. 2) the main pieces have small indentations on the corners. In other words, they have a top and bottom and need to be used accordingly. Otherwise your cage will be out of whack. 3) it took me about 4 hours to get it all together. An hour of that was choosing the size and shape I wanted. I got the biggest one they offer that is almost 6 feet tall. The smaller ones will probably take far less time to put together. I love this thing and will be using it for years!

Terrible manufacturing
Edit- sides have been knocked down a couple of times now. I have a special needs cat that wears diapers. I like to take diapers off and put her in the “catio” in a separate room while I am not home so she can air out to prevent sores. She has attempted to climb the sides knocking them down. She also gets excited when I come home and will jump/scoot to me at full speed before I can even open the catio door… knocking it down. Absolutely the worst! You must use zip ties to hold together once you start adding height. Even after getting it together, it’s still VERY flimsy! Your cat can EASILY bulldoze right through it, knocking the whole thing over. Not worth $100. I would expect something more sturdy for the price this is. If you plan on using it for outdoors.. don’t. Your cat will easily escape.

Not a product I would recommend
This product is not sturdy, piecing together and staying together difficult, not something I would recommend and regret my purchase

Have patience and plastic hammer to connect panels
Our cars love this, a little bit time consuming to build. We ended up using a plastic hammer. To make sure the panels connected. Good price.

The instructions are the opposite way
The instructions have you make it the opposite way and I did not notice, I was thinking it was smaller than I thought until I went back and looked at the picture Now after building it for hours I will have to take it apart and do it over. Now looking to fix to three high and four wide, there is not enough top panels unless I take the platforms out. That being said the product is sturdy enough.
